It seems like the commissioner race wanted to die off there for a while, but I got wind that Tony Dyer just launched a website for his campaign. I have looked it over and like some of his ideas. He sounds alot like Liemar Paris did 8 years ago. I still think he would do a better job than Liemar.

I just didn't see it listed on here yet, and figured I would post it for you guys to see. I don't know about sounding like Lamar.....He sounds the opposite of Lamar if you ask me. I hope he posts updates on his site later, as I would love to hear what he has to say about current happenings.

Shortcircuit, I will be sure to pass on any more information I receive on ANY candidates! I don't know if he posts here, or will post here. I wouldn't mind seeing him answer my questions either, but I will call him directly when the time comes.

Look Guys, I don't know if any of you remember "son of Sam" or "Jeffry Damer", but I'd vote for either of these before I'd vote for Lie more!
It's alright to "see the light" Pugs. Ape will also no doubt, catch a new vision, as folks turn against Lie more.

I would vote for them before I would Liemar also sometimeman. I just want to know where the other candidates stand on issues that are important to me before I decide which one I will vote for. Tony seems to be hinting that he will allow alcohol sales in the county, but he won't come right out and say it. That is where the reference about sounding like Liemore came from. I have a message for all candidates regardless of which office you're running for: INSTEAD OF RIDING THE FENCE, TELL US EXACTLY WHERE YOU STAND. I promise that you'll get more support if you're straightforward on the issues. Saying one thing and doing another is what caused the public to lose faith in our current commissioner.

I totally agree with you , shortcircuit, be straight forward. I don't think he's too much for having a multi-commish panel. I'd like us to have that here. It's too "controlling" when it's a sole dude. ( or dudette!) That would never happen here!! LOL

I don't have a problem with the Alcohol. I have a problem with Liars who lie about it as Lie more did and folks like yourself who want to make excuses for it.
Your opinion of my opinion is invalid and without basis and therefore void.
If sports could solve the sorry shape our country is in I would participate.

I love it.....This forum is addicting when I get to read the likes of Pugs and Sometime man go at it.....My all time favorites include Bubba and Pugs though!
