www.democracyfornewhampshire.com/node/view/4737This bombshell just dropped by Rep. Dennis Kucinich on the Ed Schultz show. Kucinich is considering forcing an impeachment vote on a "privileged resolution" on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives. Time to call your representative and let him/her know that you will not support any candidate who doesn't support accountability and the rule of law.

The Empire Is Over
by Charley Reese
The American government has come to resemble the characters in The Wizard of Oz. We have the Cowardly Congress, a president without a brain, and a foreign-policy establishment without a heart.
Our politicians are still trying to play the empire game long after the age of empires has ended. Blinded by arrogance, they cannot see that with every passing day, the world needs us less and less and hates us more and more. We are passing through that phase when the grandeur of the empire exists only in the minds of politicians who have insulated themselves from reality.
A friend of mine, a classical scholar, sometimes tells his students, "No one woke up one morning in 476 A.D. and said, 'Gee, I'm in the Dark Ages.'" The transition from the heyday of Roman power to a stage of barbarism was a gradual process. We are in a process of change. No one is going to announce on TV that the U.S. is no longer a superpower.
Nevertheless, the signs are there if you look for them. A nation that was able to help crush the Axis powers in three and a half years hasn't won a war since then. We have had four years of struggling with an insurgency in a small, poor and broken country. Our economy is shaky under mountains of debt. Half of our people make less than 42,000 inflated dollars a year.
Where we were once the arsenal of democracy, today there is hardly a major weapons system that doesn't rely on imports of one kind or another. Much of the industry that is left is foreign-owned. Japan, which once lay prostrate, dominates the American car market. It is extremely difficult to find anything today that is not made in China or some other cheap-labor country.
In the meantime, the cowardly Congress doesn't have the guts to tackle any of the major problems confronting the American people. Our president continues to embarrass us practically every time he opens his mouth in public. The foreign-policy establishment is riddled with aging draft dodgers agitating for more wars – against small countries, of course.
True, we still have lots of nuclear weapons, but do you think any American president would want to get into a nuclear shooting match with China or Russia? Look at how we reacted to two airplanes crashing into two office buildings. What do you think we would do if San Diego, Los Angeles and San Francisco became radioactive ruins with millions of casualties? We are not prepared mentally, spiritually or materially to deal with a nuclear war.
We are like all empires in their final stages. We have grown soft. We like our comforts. We don't wish to be inconvenienced. We like poor Mexicans to do our stoop work and poor Americans to do our fighting, provided they do it far away so we won't be disturbed by explosions and screams. We enjoy our decadence, and there are always people in the media who can rationalize anything, no matter how sick and revolting it is.
As for trying to understand the world, we are just too busy being amused and following the adventures of Britney Spears and other celebrities. We like to let the TV and the politicians do our thinking for us. It saves energy. They tell us whom to hate.
The only way to avoid a bad end is to find some realists and put them in public office. We need a brave Congress, not a pack of cowards. We desperately need a president with a brain. We need to retire the warmongers in the foreign-policy establishment. Otherwise, we will join the other third-rate countries, once empires, on history's discard pile.

Media Blackout: 161 Federal Tax Charges, 0 Convictions
IRS Suffers Staggering Defeat
Tax Questions Raised Regarding Gold and Silver Coins Used to Pay Wages
Around noon on Monday, September 17th, a Las Vegas federal jury returned its verdict refusing to convict nine defendants of any of the 161 federal tax crimes they had been charged with. The charges included income tax evasion, willful failure to file and conspiracy to evade taxes.
The four-month trial centered around the family businesses of Robert Kahre who paid numerous workers for their labor with circulating gold and silver U.S. coins, and did not report the wages. The payments took place over several years, allegedly totaling at least $114 million dollars. On September 20, 2007, three days after the federal trial's dramatic conclusion, the Las Vegas Review Journal, reportedly under a degree of public pressure, ran its first (and last) story about the outcome of the trial. To this day, with exception of the single article by the Review Journal, no major media entity has published a news story regarding the outcome of this important federal criminal tax case.
The censorship of this important news story is, unfortunately, not unexpected given the continuing, worldwide onslaught against the U.S. "dollar" -- specifically the Federal Reserve variety, and the ever growing numbers of Federal Reserve Notes required to trade for an actual ounce of silver, gold, oil, or for that matter, anything.
In short, this failed prosecution has coalesced and exposed truths our Government desperately needs to hide from the People: the truth about our money, the truth about our (privately-owned) central bank, and the truth about the fraudulent nature of the operation and enforcement of the federal income tax system.
Click here to read the April, 2005 DOJ press release announcing the prosecution. Click here to read the 9/20 story by the Review Journal about the trial.
According to defense attorney Joel Hansen, who represented co-defendant Alex Loglia, the primary "willfulness" defense was that the defendants believed they had no legal obligation to withhold, pay income taxes or report anything to the government because, in part, the nominal (i.e., face value) of the gold and silver coins is so small as to fall beneath the reporting thresholds set by the Internal Revenue Code.
The Defendants also argued that regardless of the valuation of the coins for internal revenue purposes, there is no law that requires average American workers to file or pay direct, un-apportioned taxes on the fruits of their labor.
The Government argued that the payments in solid gold and silver U.S. coins must be considered at their bullion (i.e., intrinsic full-market) value when considering the worth of the wages for purposes of the internal revenue code.
Attorney Hansen cited two Supreme Court cases bolstering Defendant's monetary argument at the heart of the defendants "willfulness" defense.
The essence of the argument is that under the Constitution Congress is obligated by law to mint and circulate such coins as demand requires, and must establish the value of coins as they are used as legal tender, but the coins' market value, arising as valuable personal "property," is a distinct, separate attribute of such coins, and is of no legal consequence if the coins are used as legal tender.
In other words, if a worker is paid with such coins, his taxable "income" (if any) can only be the face value indicated upon the coin money paid -- i.e., $1.00 for a circulating silver dollar or $50 for a circulating gold U.S. coin. Not surprisingly, the IRS has never issued any public guidance regarding this significant issue.
The first case, Ling Su Fan v. U.S., 218 US 302 (1910) establishes the legal distinction of a coin bearing the "impress" of the sovereign:
"These limitations are due to the fact that public law gives to such coinage a value which does not attach as a mere consequence of intrinsic value. Their quality as a legal tender is an attribute of law aside from their bullion value. They bear, therefore, the impress of sovereign power which fixes value and authorizes their use in exchange."
The second case, Thompson v. Butler, 95 US 694 (1877), establishes that the law makes no legal distinction between the values of coin and paper money used as legal tender:
"A coin dollar is worth no more for the purposes of tender in payment of an ordinary debt than a note dollar. The law has not made the note a standard of value any more than coin. It is true that in the market, as an article of merchandise, one is of greater value than the other; but as money, that is to say, as a medium of exchange, the law knows no difference between them."
Defense attorney Hansen confirmed that members of the jury were able to actually hold and inspect the gold and silver U.S. coins paid to the workers.
After almost four months of testimony and three and a half days of deliberation, the jury did not convict any of the defendants of any of the 161 crimes alleged. Although some defendants were acquitted of multiple counts, and several were acquitted completely, others may have to stand for a retrial if the Government brings charges a second time.
The Review Journal reported the jury foreman claimed DOJ prosecutors admitted they were "shocked" by the outcome.
In March 2007, the primary defendant, Bob Kahre, filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against the prosecutor and IRS agents who had conducted what he alleges to be an unlawful search and seizure raid. In 2005, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals refused to overturn a previous District Court ruling holding that the federal prosecutor is not entitled to absolute immunity for the unlawful raid. The media suppression of this story is similar to the widespread mainstream media suppression of the July 11, 2007 acquittal of Louisiana attorney Tommy Cryer who was also charged with multiple federal income tax crimes and relied upon numerous Supreme Court precedents and U.S. tax laws to establish his "willfulness" defense. Waxman questions State Dept. actions after drunken Blackwater contractor killed Iraqi VP's guard By Klaus Marre October 01, 2007
The staff of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform has unearthed new information that raises questions about State Department actions with regard to contractor Blackwater USA, highlighting an incident in which a drunken contractor killed an Iraqi guard.
According to a document released Monday, the intoxicated Blackwater contractor shot and killed the guard of Iraqi Vice President Adil Abd al-Mahdi. Within two days of the incident, the department had allowed the contractor to leave the country and “recommended that Blackwater make a ‘sizeable payment’ and an ‘apology’ to ‘avoid this thing becoming even worse.’”
While at first a department official suggested payment of $250,000, it was later deemed that the sum was too high and a payment of $15,000 was agreed upon.
“There is no evidence in the documents that the Committee has reviewed that the State Department sought to restrain Blackwater’s actions, raised concerns about the number of shooting incidents involving Blackwater or the company’s high rate of shooting first, or detained Blackwater contractors for investigation,” according to the committee document.
According to the panel, Blackwater has been involved in an average of 1.4 shooting incidents per week since 2005 and in a vast majority of the cases its contractors fired the first shots.
The committee is planning to hold a hearing on Blackwater on Tuesday, although Republicans have asked for a postponement to allow other investigations to be concluded first.
The staff document also shows that Blackwater has received more than $1 billion in federal contracts between 2001 and 2006, with more than half of that total coming from last year.

COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WON'T TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER
By Investigative Reporter John Taft
June 2, 2007
NewsWithViews.com
GRANTS PASS, Or –Voters gave black eyes to county commissioners, and they can take a bow in the defeat of a particularly vicious tax on family homes. Besides Josephine County, Coos and Jackson Counties turned down new property taxes on their family homes. Josephine County (JoCo) elected officials are out of touch with the voters including Commissioners Ellis, Toler, and Raffenburg. The voters have consistently said no to new property taxes for libraries and the sheriff’s department over the past several years. Yet county commissioners supported and placed this new tax measure on the ballot. This time the intensity of the tax levy reached the point of a psychological crisis fanned by county commissioners and their friends.
Unable to fund the large budgets for the Josephine County Criminal Justice System (CJS) after federal O&C funds ($12- $15 million annually) were terminated, commissioners resorted to attempting to pressure voters into taxing their own home and their neighbors’ homes to pay for these services. This wasn’t a case of placing a measure on the ballot to let the voters decide; these commissioners actively participated in promoting this tax on family homes, using what influence they had to accomplish this end. They have an out of touch agenda representing themselves, the CJS, the yes voters, and not the 62 % who voted. The 62% of the voters who refused to be intimidated by these men have no representatives in county government protecting their right to be secure in their homes. This property tax decision places the commissioners in the position of wandering in the dark in political quicksand, as I shall later point out.
Tax on Home, Dirty Money
Let’s take a look at what’s so bad about a property tax each of the county commissioners embraced with hugs and smooches. As County Commissioner Dwight Ellis said when former commissioner candidate Cheryl Walker voiced her support for a library property tax during a commissioners’ public meeting, “God Speed.” Ellis is still after the family home to pay for his social agenda. A property tax places an unregistered lien on each home in Josephine County. Public officials have no concern for the financial ability of citizens to pay this additional penalty tax for living in a home. Low income residents, medical disability, seniors, large house payments and rent have no effect upon these commissioners’ consciences. The property tax is also a social architectural tool used by elected officials to drive low income wage earners out of a community due to the high cost of property taxes. At the present time there is an excessive number of foreclosures in Josephine County and the rest of the nation. And property taxes can be the deciding factor of a home going on the auction block.
The property tax is not like a gasoline tax. If you don’t want to pay the gas tax, you don’t have to buy the gasoline, and no one is going to place a lien on your vehicle and then confiscate it for nonpayment of the lien. Yet this is what happens when a property tax is approved by the voters; a lien is placed on your home. If you fail to make your annual payments for a certain amount of time, the county will confiscate your home, and police can be used if you fail to agree that they have a right to confiscate your home. In other words, the county takes your home and there is nothing you can do unless you pay up. The property tax is not a user friendly tax; it can bring out the thugs in your local government. Anyone who proposes a tax on your home is not the type of person you want for a friend.
The Future from the Past Is Now
Josephine County has had a long succession of incompetent commissioners who have lacked vision in preparing for the seven bad years. And now financial distress appears to be beginning for Josephine County residents and several other Oregon counties that have depended on the so called O&C funds. These millions of dollars were passed out to the timber counties from the sale of federal timber. That is a thing of the past, while the Feds still control over 70% of the land in Josephine County. This land is now basically non revenue producing. This is due to protectionism of the spotted owl and other extreme environmental actions by the courts. In Oregon the forests are shut down, and the timber rots when it falls. The environmentalists like that. People still build homes, but most of the lumber comes from Canada and other nations. In years past the O&C funds flowed into Josephine County like a never ending winning streak at the roulette wheel. And that’s how the past commissioners treated these windfall funds, thinking these funds would never go away. There was lots of money to save for the future, but past commissioners had a grasshopper mentality choosing to spend it all on bigger government, with more employees, and special projects and save nothing for the future.
Commissioners Dangerous to Family Homes
The present JoCo commissioners are definitely dangerous to families and their homes. They lack the ability to find a source of revenue to fund necessary county government other than a tax on family homes. How much imagination does it take to put a property tax on the ballot? These men point a collective finger at the voters for the lack of money to fund the CJS. Their creativity seems to be at an infant’s level. They must know that the state takes 7-9% of the income of county residents as income tax. The state of Oregon is a giant welfare state. Much of this money should be coming back to the counties to support law and order. The federal government taps the till of each family and then often returns part of these funds as pork projects to the states.
These pork spending allocations are generally quite useless to the average citizen. This is a problem that develops when politicians have too much confiscated revenue to spend. Even if the feds grant a part of the O&C funds the financial problems will only be delayed to be dealt with next year or the year after. Meanwhile JoCo still has Ellis, Toler, and Raffenburg. When the levy failed, Ellis was quoted in the Grants Pass Daily Courier as saying, “We’ve hit rock bottom. I didn’t sign up for this when I signed up to be a commissioner ...” In other words, it’s more than he can handle.
Toler’s claim to fame is lack of vision and support of every property tax that comes along. Unfortunately he’s now in the position to place these taxes on the ballot. The Daily Courier quotes Raffenburg as saying, “This is a dark day for Josephine County, but the people of the county have spoken.” The people have spoken many times via the ballot box, but the commissioners have failed to listen. Raffenburg is a maverick in not going along with the other commissioners on important issues. During the AFSCME union contract negotiations he stood up to the unions while Commissioner Ellis and Riddle (now out of office) kowtowed to them when there were threats of violence. Ellis is too weak to be in public office. All three commissioners now have black eyes after the public’s vote of no confidence in them and the criminal justice system, the public’s refusal to tax homes, and their lack of creative ability. In the business world this would be grounds for termination.
JoCo Commissioners Hit With Vote of No Confidence by Voters
The 4th Amendment in the Bill of Rights says you have a right to be secure in your home. What is there about this that Ellis, Toler, and Raffenburg don’t understand? In the November 2, 2004 election, a jail levy measure was defeated by 61% of the voters. During the same election, a number of candidates ran for the office of county commissioner. Each took a publicly stated position on the jail levy; Dwight Ellis said he wouldn’t vote for the levy and was elected. Incumbent Jim Riddle said he supported the levy and lost. Jim Raffenburg said he would support the levy, but wouldn’t ask any one else to and won. Cherryl Walker supported the jail levy and lost. In May, 2007, both Ellis and Raffenburg supported the CJS levy that targeted family homes.
Now the trio is talking about coming back in November with another property tax for a lesser amount. They seem to have learned nothing from their previous encounters with the voters. Just whom do these men represent? It’s certainly not the homeowner in Josephine County. No one is talking about the fact that since the commissioners placed the levy on the ballot and lost by a large percentage, the three elected commissioners Ellis, Toler, and Raffenburg also received a vote of no confidence.
If they come back with another fall levy, they should be asked to resign or face a recall. They are out of touch with the voters. Place another measure to tax family homes on the ballot, commissioners, and you do so at your own political risk.

George Bush is a pathological Liar. Trouble is, He's also president!
WND Exclusive TESTING THE FAITH Bush: All religions pray to 'same God' 'That's what I believe. I believe Islam is a great religion that preaches peace' Posted: October 7, 2007 1:00 a.m. Eastern
© 2007 WorldNetDaily.com
President George Bush has repeated his belief all religions, "whether they be Muslim, Christian, or any other religion, prays to the same God" – an assertion that caused outrage among evangelical leaders when he said it in November 2003.
Bush made the statement Friday in an interview with Al Arabiya reporter Elie Nakouzi.
Al Arabiya is Al Jazeerah's top competitor in the Mideast.
As the president and Nakouzi walked from the Oval Office to the Map Room in the White House residence, Nazouki asked, "But I want to tell you – and I hope this doesn't bother you at all – that in the Islamic world they think that President Bush is an enemy of Islam – that he wants to destroy their religion, what they believe in. Is that in any way true, Mr. President?"
"No, it's not," said Bush. "I've heard that, and it just shows [sic] to show a couple of things: One, that the radicals have done a good job of propagandizing. In other words, they've spread the word that this really isn't peaceful people versus radical people or terrorists, this is really about the America not liking Islam.
"Well, first of all, I believe in an Almighty God, and I believe that all the world, whether they be Muslim, Christian, or any other religion, prays to the same God. That's what I believe. I believe that Islam is a great religion that preaches peace. And I believe people who murder the innocent to achieve political objectives aren't religious people, whether they be a Christian who does that – we had a person blow up our – blow up a federal building in Oklahoma City who professed to be a Christian, but that's not a Christian act to kill innocent people.
"And I just simply don't subscribe to the idea that murdering innocent men, women and children – particularly Muslim men, women and children in the Middle East – is an act of somebody who is a religious person.
(Story continues below)
Friday's statement echoes one made by Bush in November 2003 during a joint press conference with then-Prime Minister Tony Blair. A reporter noted Bush had frequently expressed the view that freedom is a gift from "the Almighty," but questioned whether Bush believes "Muslims worship the same Almighty" as the president and other Christians do.
"I do say that freedom is the Almighty's gift to every person. I also condition it by saying freedom is not America's gift to the world," Bush replied. "It's much greater than that, of course. And I believe we worship the same god," reported the London Telegraph.
Reaction from U.S. evangelical leaders was swift and strong.
Richard Land, president of the Southern Baptist Convention, the nation's largest Protestant denomination, was quoted in the Baptist Press as saying the president "is simply mistaken."
According to a Washington Post account, Land said in an interview: "We should always remember that he is commander in chief, not theologian in chief. The Bible is clear on this: The one and true god is Jehovah, and his only begotten son is Jesus Christ."
The Rev. Ted Haggard, then-president of the National Association of Evangelicals, also contradicted the president in a press statement. "The Christian God encourages freedom, love, forgiveness, prosperity and health," said Haggard. "The Muslim god appears to value the opposite. The personalities of each god are evident in the cultures, civilizations and dispositions of the peoples that serve them. Muhammad's central message was submission; Jesus' central message was love. They seem to be very different personalities."
In November 2006, Haggard was forced to resign from NAE following allegations of drug use and sex with a homosexual prostitute.
Gary Bauer, former presidential candidate and president of American Values, said Bush's comment was "not helpful to the president. Since everybody agrees he's not a theologian, he would be much better advised to punt when he gets that kind of question."
In Friday's interview with Al Arabiya, Bush emphasized his outreach to Muslims.
"We are having an Iftaar dinner tonight – I say, 'we' – it's my wife and I," Bush told Nakouzi. "This is the seventh one in the seven years I've been the president. It gives me a chance to say 'Ramadan Mubarak.' The reason I do this is I want people to understand about my country. In other words, I hope this message gets out of America. I want people to understand that one of the great freedoms in America is the right for people to worship any way they see fit. If you're a Muslim, an agnostic, a Christian, a Jew, a Hindu, you're equally American.
"And the value – the most valuable thing I think about America is that – particularly if you're a religious person – you can be free to worship, and it's your choice to make. It's not the state's choice, and you shouldn't be intimidated after you've made your choice. And that's a right that I jealously guard.
"Secondly, I want American citizens to see me hosting an Iftaar dinner."
"That's a strong message for the Americans," said Nakouzi.
Last year, WND reported criticism of Bush from Wafa Sultan, a native of Syria, who said the president was empowering terrorist leaders whose ultimate aim is for Islamic law to govern the world by proclaiming Islam a "religion of peace."
"I believe he undermines our credibility by saying that," said Sultan. "We came from Islam, and we know what kind of religion Islam is."

The comedian Flip Wilson said the devil made me do it. I wonder if Flip's devil has been talking to George and he thinks he's God?
God Told Me To and I Did And Now We Wish We Hadn't By Dennis Diehl Platinum Quality Author
"Abbas said that at Aqaba, Bush promised to speak with Sharon about the siege on Arafat. He said nobody can speak to or pressure Sharon except the Americans.
According to Abbas, immediately thereafter Bush said: "God told me to strike at al Qaida and I struck them, and then he instructed me to strike at Saddam, which I did, and now I am determined to solve the problem in the Middle East. If you help me I will act, and if not, the elections will come and I will have to focus on them." June 26, 2006 Ha'aretz.
I don't know if the President told these people this or not. I suspect he did but it received little or no play in the American Press. I personally suspect he did say it, or is quite capable of believing this about himself. Needless to say, it is disturbing to think we have a President and probably many in his administratin who hear the voice of God in their heads and base American foreign policy upon that voice. Just an observation on my part, but it seems when men hear the voice of God, lots of people get killed or at least you lose a good portion of your income to the church that wants to obey that voice.
"God told me," or "God has revealed to me," or "God has shown me," or "God is now causing, " or "God will now," or "God demands that we," and all the other "God speaks to me," concepts one can come up with are probably some of the most chilling words one can hear.
God tells a lot of people to do a lot of things. Women have drown their children because "God told me to." Men have killed others, either as individuals or in whole groups because "God told me to." Moses made an entire career out of "Thus saith the Lord," along with borderline schizophrenics like Isaiah, Jeremiah and Ezekiel who , whether one wishes to admit it or not, were also very wrong in their pronouncement at times, and yet are often used today by preachers who fancy themselves in the spirit and power of these men. Well perhaps they are, but not in a good way. God was always telling Moses, or Joshua or David who needed killin and who need to merely be driven from the land. I often wondered as a kid if God just started talking to them and they took notes, or actually didn't hear God literally, but rather figured if they thought it up, it must be from God. It is this latter understanding that I have since adopted as what most likely happens when one hears the voice of God. How often that voice just happens to agree 100% with how the receiver is thinking on that topic as well. How convenient.
I pastored in a denomination that has spun off more offshoots than zuchinni growing in compost. Each one feels of course that , "God told me, or us..." to do this. I'm so glad that God never found the need or time to corner me and tell me to start my own reconstituted Church of God. I think he knew I was outgrowing the foolishness, antics and downright scary pronouncements of God's newly chosen leaders, so he thought it best not to talk to me. Why can't we understand that when we talk to God, that's called prayer and relatively harmless. But that when God talks to us, we might be dealing with a whole new ball game here and some red lights might need to start flashing. How often to members of thousands of churches, weekly sit and listen to their pastor recall how God has told him this or that and no one even considers what the man is really saying. I have to admit, after 26 years as a minister, nce spoke to me personally. I used to feel badly about that, but now, after knowing guys that hear God's voice in their heads quite often, am glad to have been out of the loop.
Thomas Paine, in The Age of Reason, made some interesting observations about the obligation those who do not hear the voice of God directly have to obey the words of the one who says God did talk to THEM personally.
"No one will deny or dispute the power of the Almighty to make such a communication, if he pleases. But admitting, for the sake of a case, that something has been revealed to a certain person, and not revealed to any other person, it is revelation to that person only. When he tells it to a second person, a second to a third, a third to a fourth, and so on, it ceases to be a revelation to all those persons. It is revelation to the first person only, and hearsay to every other, and consequently they are not obliged to believe it.
It is a contradiction in terms and ideas, to call anything a revelation that comes to us at second-hand, either verbally or in writing. Revelation is necessarily limited to the first communication — after this, it is only an account of something which that person says was a revelation made to him; and though he may find himself obliged to believe it, it cannot be incumbent on me to believe it in the same manner; for it was not a revelation made to me, and I have only his word for it that it was made to him.
When Moses told the children of Israel that he received the two tables of the commandments from the hands of God, they were not obliged to believe him, because they had no other authority for it than his telling them so; and I have no other authority for it than some historian telling me so. The commandments carry no internal evidence of divinity with them; they contain some good moral precepts, such as any man qualified to be a lawgiver, or a legislator, could produce himself, without having recourse to supernatural intervention. "
Plainly put, if you didn't hear it from God, you don't have to believe it! How simple. How much misery could be saved if we could look those in the eye who say God speaks to thema and say, "well, I'm glad for you, but don't expect me to give up my job, money, home, family, my vote or my life because God told you to tell me to....Because if he can take the time to have a direct chat with you about these, he can take a few extra minutes and come over to see me too." This way there won't be any room for doubt and I can make up my own mind as to whether that was really God or not. I'd tend to vote no.
While we might kid about those through whom God channels his will to us, without verification, it's not all that funny when things go wrong with misdirected religious organizations and self appointed Apostles, Watchers and Prophets. We do have our Jonestowns and Wacos to haunt us. But it is almost a habit of mind for those that follow others in their religious perspectives to agree with everything they say or do simply because they are told it the context of "God told me," or "God wants us to.." etc and never think a critical thought asking if that really be so.
Remember what the scripture says..."In the last days, narcissists and schizophrenics shall wax worse and worse and shall deceive many...and if they say, "lo hath God told me this or that, believe it not, give not of thine shekels nor offer up thine children on hearsay and much speculation as if it were from God. For it prolly be not of God and thou shalt save thineself and all thy household with thee..."

I sure do not agree with President Bush's statement that said "Islam is a great religion that preach's peace." Everyone knows they are the most violent of all religions!

GW needs to go back and read some of my buddy Ronald's books. "If we ever forget that we are One Nation Under God, then we will be a nation gone under."

Congressman: Dollar Could Collapse To Absolute Zero Presidential candidate Ron Paul warns of coming global economic depression
Paul Joseph Watson Prison Planet Monday, October 8, 2007
Presidential candidate Ron Paul has made a dire prediction that the dollar could collapse to absolute zero - precipitating hyper inflation, soaring oil prices and a global economic depression if current policies are continued.
"Once they realize the American people have awakened to the con game that's been going on - I think those people running the banking and monetary system aren't going to be too happy," Paul told the Alex Jones Show on Friday.
The Texas Congressman forecasts that if current policies are prolonged, the dollar could crash all the way to nothing and be forced to start over.
(Article continues below)
"If Bush is foolish enough to start bombing Iran, that might precipitate such a crisis as oil going to $200 dollars a barrel and really dampening the enthusiasm of the whole dollar," said Paul.
"If they continue what they're doing, it's gonna go to zero, we're gonna have runaway inflation, all paper currencies eventually self-destruct and are ruined, and we're in uncharted waters right now - this is the first time in the history of man you've had no solid currencies around the world and this has been going on for 35 years."
Paul agreed that elitists would seize upon a global depression by posing as the saviors and offering more control, police state and big government as the solution.
"This was the whole thing that started in the last depression," said Paul, "Scare people to death instead of blaming the Federal Reserve for the depression and the financial bubble of the 20's, they said 'well capitalism failed, it was that stupid gold standard', therefore we have to have welfare and of course everything they did prolonged the depression."
Paul said his warnings about the impending collapse of the U.S. economy, which stretch back years, were helping his campaign gain credibility due to the unfolding crises in the market and the credit crunch.
"When the people understand how the Fed screws up the economy and causes all the bubbles and all the changes that have to come from that, I'm getting a lot more calls," said Paul.

The Congressman also discussed the continued success of his campaign and the establishment's attempts to stifle its importance.
The presidential candidate said the reason that the Democrats and Republicans are trying to speed up the primaries is because they don't like competition from third party and grass roots candidates and are trying to prevent them from gaining traction.
"The move right now is to try to close the primaries - do you think they're sincere when they say they want to have a big tent and invite new people in? They can invite a lot of new people in but they don't want constitutionalists evidently because they want to make it tough to vote in a Republican primary," said the Congressman.
"It confirms the fact that the control of this whole system has been one party so to speak, it's one group of people that control both parties and right now I think the people are getting disgusted with it and they're starting to wake up," he added.
The Congressman stated that the popularity of his campaign outstripped even his expectations and slammed the establishment networks for attempting to skew Paul as a fringe candidate.
"It doesn't discourage our supporters, it enrages them," said Paul, "They always claimed that there were just a few of us out there that cared and that they were bloggers manipulating the Internet - well you can't manipulate to the point where you get 35,000 new donors who average about $40 dollars a piece and raise $5 million dollars and outpace many of the other candidates."
Paul said the other candidates had initially tried to ignore his platform, before ridiculing it, to the point where they are now being forced to adopt constitutionalist rhetoric in order to compete with his burgeoning popularity.

Stay The Course? Part II Here's what I wrote last October: Here is what we know so far: # There were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. # Saddam Hussein was not in league with Al-Qaeda. # Saddam Hussein had nothing to do with the attacks on this country on September 11th. # An estimated 655,000 Iraqis have died since the 2003 U.S. invasion according to a study published today (10/11/06) in the Lancet medical journal - a figure accounting for roughly 2.5% of the population.* # 2,751 Americans have died and between 20,000 - 48,100 have been wounded. # Nearly one in five soldiers leaving the military after serving in Iraq and Afghanistan has been at least partly disabled as a result of service, according to documents from the Department of Veterans Affairs. # Monetary Cost: $331 billion dollars so far and currently running over one hundred thousand dollars per minute. And … # MSNBC Breaking News: A.P.: U.S. Army making plans to keep current Iraq troop level through 2010. The mid-term elections will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2006. We have an opportunity to get rid of some of the politicians who support this continuing nightmare, and elect people who will hold this administration accountable and force a new strategy in Iraq. Winning this election will bring real change in Iraq, because we all know that continuing to follow a failed policy doesn't work. I know all too well that holding your nose and voting for a Democrat instead of a Republican is pretty hard to do. But … Just read the table below. Hundreds of thousands dead, tens of thousands wounded, hundreds of billions of dollars wasted, on a preemptive war based on reasons that didn't exist. Please vote for a change of course on November 7th. Support our troops - Get them out of there - Bring them home - They've done their job. Well ... What's happened over the last year? The Democrats won slim majorities in the house and senate. # 1,077 more Americans have died. Tens of thousands more have been wounded. # The Iraqi death toll has gone from an estimated 655,000 to 1.2 million. # The cost of the war has risen from over one hundred thousand dollars per minute to almost two hundred thousand dollars per minute. As Walter Shario wrote in Salon recently: Sep 26, 2007 | It is time to face the blunt truth: This Congress, despite its nominal Democratic majorities, is not going to hasten the end of the Iraq war. This is not defeatism on the home front nor is it a rant against the accommodationist tactics of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. Rather, this inescapable conclusion is based on the coin of the realm on Capitol Hill -- the stark arithmetic of head counts. And this depressing item: 9/27/07 HANOVER, N.H. — The leading Democratic White House hopefuls conceded Wednesday night they cannot guarantee to pull all U.S. combat troops from Iraq by the end of the next presidential term in 2013. superbeans.com/rant_03.htm

The Satanic Cult That Rules The World By Henry Makow PhD 10-18-7 "How can one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight unless...God had delivered them into enemy hands?" Deuteronomy 32:30 "Either convert to Islam or die." This was the choice the Turkish Sultan put to Sabbatai Zevi, self-proclaimed Jewish "Messiah" in 1666. By only pretending to convert, Zevi resorted to a common practice. But Zevi was not an ordinary Jew. He led a popular heresy, based on a satanic strain of Cabalism. The rabbis had denounced him and his followers. After his "conversion," over a million followers, who later included financiers like the Rothschilds, imitated his example. But they didn't just pretend to be Muslims or Christians. They pretended to be Jews as well. Communist defector Bella Dodd revealed that during the 1930's the Communist Party had 1100 members join the Catholic Priesthood. They became Bishops and Cardinals and possibly Popes. www.savethemales.ca/160303.html By adopting this chameleon strategy, this satanic cult infiltrated and subverted most governments and religions, and established an invisible tyranny without drawing much attention. www.geocities.com/cliff_shack/sabbatean_intro.html In the words of the gifted researcher Clifford Shack: "Through infiltration, stealth and cunning, this invisible network has come to rule us all. Forty-one years after Shabbatai Zevi's death, in 1717, they would infiltrate Masonry guilds in England and establish Freemasonry.... [Zevi's successor] Jacob Frank would have a great impact on the inner core of Freemasonry known as the Illuminati, formed in 1776. Freemasonry would become the hidden force behind events like the [American, French and Russian] revolutions, the creations of the U.N. & Israel, both World Wars (including the Holocaust!), and the assassinations of the Kennedy brothers who, together with their father, tried to thwart the efforts of the network on American soil. Sabbatean/Frankists, also referred to as the "Cult of the All-Seeing Eye" (look on the back of your one dollar bill to begin to understand their influence in YOUR life), are political and religious chameleons. They are everywhere...there is power. They are the good guys AND the bad guys. The World War Two era is a prime example. The following leaders were members of the "Cult of the All-Seeing Eye" (Sabbatean/Frankists): Franklin D. Roosevelt; Winston Churchill; Adolph Hitler; Eugenio Pacelli (Pope Pius XII); Francisco Franco; Benito Mussolini; Hirohito and Mao Tse-Tung." IMPLICATIONS If Mr. Shack is correct, historians, educators and journalists collaborate by upholding a false reality and distracting us from the truth. Our world, our perception of the human experience, are shaped by an occult secret society. Our culture is <http://www.savethemales.ca/001487.html>an elaborate psy-op. Obviously, the Sabbateans and their descendants should consume our attention. Instead, they are hidden from view. They were decisive in the so-called "Enlightenment," "secularism" and "modernism," which are but baby steps to their Satanism. According to Rabbi Marvin Antelman, they believe sin is holy and should be practised for its own sake. Since the Messiah will come when people either become righteous or totally corrupt, the Sabbateans opted for debauchery: "Since we cannot all be saints, let us all be sinners." Their blasphemous benediction "who permits the forbidden" later became the Illuminist "do as thou wilt" the expression of their "religious" feeling. Totally amoral, they believe the "end justifies the means." ("To Eliminate the Opiate,"Vol. 2 p. 87) In 1756, Jacob Frank and his followers were excommunicated by the rabbis. Antelman says the Sabbateans were behind the Reform, Liberal and Revolutionary movements of the Nineteenth century. They were also behind the Reform and Conservative movements in Judaism, including the "Haskalah" i.e. Jewish assimilation. In other words, Jews have been influenced by the Sabbateans and don't even know it. That is their tactic. They don't advocate a Satanic kingdom. They gently steer you that way by questioning the existence of God, by demanding "sexual liberation," "independence" for women, "internationalism," "diversity" and "religious tolerance." SEXUAL EXCESS AS A RELIGION These all have a hidden agenda: To undermine "all collective forces except our own." We are told "free sex" is "progressive and modern." In fact, the Sabbatean sect has indulged in wife sharing, sex orgies, adultery and incest for more than 350 years. They also promoted interracial sex. They have partly inducted us into their cult. Antelman cites the proceedings of a rabbinical court where Shmuel, son of Shlomo tearfully confessed he had rejected the Torah and had encouraged his wife to have sex several times with Hershel. "I am guilty. She did not want to." (111) Sexual abandon is characteristic of Communism, a direct outgrowth of Sabbateanism. . Jacob Frank pimped his beautiful wife to recruit influential men. Female members of the Communist Party were used in the same way. Adam Weiskaupt, the founder of the Illuminati, got his sister-in-law pregnant. A pertinent anecdote: In his book, "The Other Side of Deception," Mossad defector Victor Ostrovsky described how the Mossad relax. At a party, the staff, including many unmarried young females, congregated around a pool, totally naked. THE "HOLOCAUST" The influence of the Sabbatean conspiracy is hidden in plain sight. For example, the term "Holocaust" is used without regard to its true meaning. Rabbi Antelman states that well before World War Two, the term meant "burnt offering" as in sacrifice. (p.199) He quotes Bruno Bettleheim who says "calling the most callous, most brutal, most horrid. most heinous mass murder a 'burnt offering' is a sacrilege, a profanation of God and man." (205) Whose sacrifice was it? For what purpose? Obviously, it has something to do with the Sabbateans' occult practice. Every time we use that word, we unwittingly join in their sacrilege. According to Antelman, the Sabbateans hated Jews and sought their extinction. He cites rabbis who warned as far back as 1750 that if the Jews didn't stop the Sabbateans, they would be destroyed by them. (209) And indeed when some Jews tried to save European Jewry from genocide, Antelman says "the conservative and reform communities [in the US] went their merry way ignoring these activities. So called establishment organizations like the American Jewish Congress, American Jewish Committee, and B'nai Brith did virtually nothing." (217) INTERMARRIAGE Sabbateans only marry within their demonic sect. They often marry rich, influential Gentiles. Thus, the Fourth Baron Rothschild (Jacob's) mother was not Jewish nor is his wife. Another example is Al Gore's daughter Karenna's 1997 marriage to Andrew Schiff, the great grandson of Jacob Schiff. Gore's father was a Senator sponsored by Armand Hammer (Occidental Petroleum) whose own father was the founder of the American Communist party. Like Hitlery and Dubya, Al Gore is another Illuminati agent. www.apfn.org/apfn/kgore.htm CONCLUSION Mankind is in the grip of a vicious Satanic cult whose power is so great, they can make their war against humanity seem normal and inevitable. Even when their plot is exposed, they can convince everyone that it is racist and in bad taste to believe it. They have men fixated on porn while they erect a police state. Western society is morally bankrupt. This elaborate cult network controls politics, information and culture. Most leaders are dupes or traitors. The "Intelligentsia" has been bribed while the public is distracted and lives in a fool's paradise. Like most nations and religions, Jews have been subverted from within. Zionists are pawns of the Sabbateans who used the "holocaust" to engineer the creation of Israel. Millions of Jews been "sacrificed" to create a Sabbatean Homeland, a "burnt offering" to Satan. God gave man Life: a Miracle full of inherent Beauty and Meaning. He gave us everything we need to develop according to his Plan. But people who think limitless power and wealth are better than infinite love have hijacked humanity. They want to spoil our Divine Rendezvous and enslave us instead. This is the real meaning of our politics and our time. ______ Related: Posed for Gay Porn, Schwarzenagger Introduces www.newswithviews.com/Stang/alan9.htmHomosexuality to CA Schools kokesh.blogspot.com/2007/10/45-republican-pedophiles.htmlList of 45 Republican Pedophiles www.henrymakow.com/why_do_the_illuminati_hate_jew.htmlWhy Do the Illuminati Hate Jews?
