I am a guest this year! Hubby's single friend is making us steak and shrimp and he asked me to bring my green bean casserole that he loves and I'm going to bring hot sausage dip for a snackie.

bb, how can you not watch it? Everyone watches the SuperBowl whether you like football or not. The commercials are the best part!

The few times I did see it, we had been invited somewhere. Then I really didn't care about the game, but did like the commercials and parts of the half time show and just enjoyed being with friends. We watch so little TV any more. I would rather be outside if it is nice.

When I said "the few times I have seen it" it got me to thinking back... I have only seen it 3 times that I can remember. If pro sports relied on people like me to support the teams, the athletes' moms and dads would be selling at the concession stands to raise money to fund the teams. Leave the games to the little leagues and adults should work for a living.

Mike's Seafood had a few SuperBowl parties in the past that were great. Wonder if he's gonna do it again?

Now I wouldn't mind going to Mike's Seafood for a SB party. Sounds good to me. See you there.

I'll probably watch it but I don't care for either of the two teams playing in it. I'm not much of a football fan other than being a Dawgs fan. When spring training starts up in a couple months you'll know what my favorite sport is.
