FYI everyone - the transfer station is currently NOT taking glass because there is no market for it at present.

I'm setting up a forum for environmental concerns, especially concerns in our mountain community of Union County and the tri-state. I will link my forum and the other forums including blairsvillecity to my main site I am building. I would like suggestions for the forum domain name, for example, I'm thinking greenspace.proboards.com since I'll be using Pro Boards. It is the best forum I have found yet. I have found it to be feature friendly, it is easy to set up, I don't need a local server, and it is administrator friendly. So, thanks blairsvillecity.com for showing me the way. I also need your input about categories. I'm thinking about including topics like junk ordinance and other issues that concern us. Some of the topics may include: Hiking Camping RV message board Union County Environmental Concerns Junk Removal You decide....

Thanks Honeybee. I've been thinking about it for it a while, but you and shortcircuit gave me the inspiration to get it going. Thanks again, we may need that truck.
I've decided on greenspace to include with the domain name and I did set up a forum. When I get time i'll add to the categories/forums and povide a link here, as well as, a link to the site. This weekend and tomorrow I'm going to the woods where there are no computers, but I should be getting it together next week sometime.

FYI everyone - the transfer station is currently NOT taking glass because there is no market for it at present. They can't make money off of it so they're not gonna take it. It sounds like they care more about the money than recycling.

Well there's still a few junk cars in front of Bobs pawn shop and still a big pile of construction equipment beside BiLo, so evidently the police dept isn't enforcing the law.
