We are getting so many "false posters" and "alias posters" that anymore, I grow weary welcoming imposters.
So if you are new, then welcome and make yourself at home.
IF your here to cause trouble keep it in polly-ticks.

Gosh yes, I noticed all the new posters. I agree, they must be doing all the smiting. I am afraid they will vote to keep the exalt/smite feature, but I hope not!

Me thinks most would be surprised at the number of aliases some members have here. Why does it bother you all to the point of now wanting Admin to tighten up on admittance rules? People join but never post. So what?

Exactly, why are people signing up if they don't want to post? You don't have to sign up just to read?
I am just the WELCOME committee.

how do you know if there are new members? why would someone join if they aren't going to post - is there a benefit I'm missin' out on?

It really doesn't matter one way or the other... if someone wants 5-6 aliases, so what! Maybe they have multiple personalities and want to give each one their own sign on. I guess it would better to welcome the same person over and over again than to miss someone that really did just sign up!

no benefits other than the freedom of choice to join.
