I agree, we are always griping about the weather and we can't do anything about it.

Sam Ensley used to say something similar to that coosa, I believe it was "Everybody talks about the weather but nobody ever does anything about it."

It is 28 outside right now. I just brought in all the bird feeders to thaw out so I can fill them.

It's 54 here right now and it is great. It always feels colder to me because it's always a damp cold. Had to get gas in the guzzler this morning and felt like my toes were freezing. Guess it's time to put the flip flops away and dig out the closed-toe shoes for a few months.

Unfortumately, you are so right. I did get to wear a sweater out last night so that was a nice change! As the years go by we tend to leave more and more of our cold weather clothes in Blairsville. It's just not worth dragging them back and forth anymore. Just don't get to use them down here anymore. I think we only used our fireplace twice last year and one of the times was Chrismas Eve and I just turned the A/C all the way down to the 60's so it didn't get too hot. The other time was a night ity went down in the high 40's.

It was nice outside just a couple hours ago but now the temperature has begun to drop. I reaaaaaaaaaaaaaalllly hate this time change. It's not even six o clock and it's dark outside.
