Tulip,
I'm sorry about all the smoke down there. I know how aggravating it can be.
Luckily, our high temps haven't been too bad so far. It's about 68 right now and supposed to be windy, high of 85, and a slight chance of a shower later this afternoon or evening.
My only fear is that if it stays this nice this early in the summer, it's really gonna pay us back and be horrid later!

It came down in buckets when I was in Robbinsville today! I got so dark, you would have thought it was sunset! And lots of mightening/thunder, too! It rained some on the way home, but by the time I got to Union County, it sure didn't look like we got much rain!

Looks like I have a chance for rain today, then mostly sonny tomorrow, then rain again throught he weekend. Not complaining though - we need the rain.

Boy have we had the storms this evening!! There was a tornado warning around 3, and we have been under strong thunderstorm watches and warnings until 10. Loads of rain, hail, sharp lightening, quite windy. Some gust up to 60-70 mph were seen!
I don't mind the rain, even a bit of a thunderstorm, but I don't like the heavy stuff.
