I don't know summerose. Seems like all it did was steam things up a bit. I've walked past the thermostat twice now and wanted to turn the AC on for just a few minutes but I resisted. I am so good!  Figure that it will cool off in an hour or so. How did I ever live in FL for so long?? I just can't tolerate the heat anymore. |

First summer I was here, I had the A/C on for about 2 hours total! Last year it was on a liitle more, but I also cheated and put a window unit in the bedroom so I could just cool off that room. With the power surges, I have to have a cool room to sleep! I even have a fan with a remote control so I don't have to get up to turn it on at night!

Oh, I saw a beautiful rainbow when I was on the Murphy highway! And the cloud formations intermingling with the mountains up by Andrews were absolutely fascinating!

Got about 5 minutes of rain last night. It is soooo dry here, even the grass on top of the drainfield is brown.

It is 66 outside right now tulip. But it is cloudy this morning. Looks like rain! I hope it is nice tonight. Sangria is coming over to visit.
