Mtn Java Folks are great and they have a variety of interesting stuff.
Went inside the NEW Poteetes, now named Daisy's Country Market. Boy will you Florida peeps be surprised. You don't have to walk around junk piled in the floor and the rows of shelves are shortened and divided. Very clean and very nice.
Just went by in the evening haven't ventured by to see the morning shift yet.

Cell phone girl is still there from what I have heard.
Maybe the owner will be there in the morning and all will be well.

Yup, their filly steaks are great. We had the one with provolone cheese, onions, peppers & mushrooms.
Those "ribbon fries" are excellent. More like very thin homemade potato chips attached end to end. I'm glad they are not open for dinner or I would be in big trouble. Grandma makes the homemade desserts. Today was cherry cobbler. ;D

Who is the phone girl.Does she work at Cowboys or the gas station? If it's the gas station she is gone now.... Did you know that Poteets is opening 24 hours now. By the way, I eat atCpwboy's everyday.... It's GREAT. Great people there too.
Bubba's will have a run for ther money. It is always packeed when I go there...

Phone girl was at the gas station. 24 hours, that's great. Too bad Cowboys isn't open longer because it's so good. I know it's a family affair and the extra hours would kill them. I'd love to be able to pick up some of their food on the way home at night. Such nice people too! |

Didn't get a chance to make it to cowboys on this visit, just to busy! I will be there next time! Also didn't make it to Nana's for a piggy bowl! Will someone go and get me a piggy bowl and something yummy from Cowboys and overnight it to me? Please?? ;D
