Get some crap done around the house, make some sausage dip on Sunday and go to a baby shower, then home to make dinner and visit and watch the race with a friend who's coming for dinner. Sausage dip sounds good whats in it?? I'm Hongry |

South, It is good and easy! I believe I posted it awhile back in the recipes string, but here it is again:
Brown 1 lb of ground sausage (I use 1/2 reg & 1/2lb hot)
Throw in crockpot with 2 bars of cream cheese & 1 can Rotel tomatoes (original flavor) including the juice. Turn pot on low and stir occasionally to mix around. When cheese is melted and everything is warm, enjoy with Fritos, tostitos, whatever you prefer.
I have even thinned it down with milk/cream/half & half and served over biscuits!

There is a car show on the square saturday at 4 pm, plus the one at Meek's park that starts at 9 am.

Niki, my hubby will have his car at the car show at Meek's!! It is a 1933 red ford victoria. (I am told it looks like a ZZ tops car) I have to stand in the corner cause I was in my first ever, my fault, car accident and my shiny car looks pretty bad right now!! Good thing I don't drive the new car. I would have left the state by now.

Well heck!!! I runned oft to the big city for the weekend and ya'll go brawling without me. I thought that I was ya'll friend. Looks like ya'll been to busy for me to catch you as tired as I am so I'll catch youns in the morning.

I wish!!! It was work at the corporate office have to go three times a year so they can bore us to death with updates, changes and other crap. They make us come for three days and they spends thousands and they could do it all online. Just crazy.
