I always make peach preserves, uhmmmm!

I like canning fruit better than vegetables, except for tomatoes. I love canning tomatoes cause they are so good in the winter time.

Chunky Applesauce is a big hit at my house. I also freeze blackberries and blueberries. That way when I need some, I just go shake them loose and measure out what I need.


OK!!!!!!!!!!! this topic has to stop, I do not have time to go home and can. Too much going on this week. And all this talk of it is really getting me motivated.

You would think that being busy all the time would keep me skinny, but it doesn't.

Lots of good cooks are a little overweight. I doon't have that excuse.
