Too bad Union County doesn't have a free spay/neuter program like some of the surrounding counties. When the neighborhood cat started hanging around, I called and was told they would send me a coupon for a discount... turned out she was already spayed, so I didn't need to get one.

The kittens are getting cuter everyday. They are so funny when they arch their backs and run sideways.
We have a couple that are just to playful and one that run's in when the door comes open, then stops and looks around like "hey, where did everybody go?"
They are going on and off the porch now and paying in the yard where it is cool.

They are going on and off the porch now and paying in the yard where it is cool. That's so cute. Wish they would stay kittens and then I would take them all. My two are shedding so much right now. I've been brushing them everyday and they are shorthairs too. I can't keep up with the excess fur. |

Bee, I guess we're just destined to have cat houses..  Aside from the little one that Nova got, the rest are still here. All but 1 of the little ones, are at the barn. Elizabeth found Bocephus abandoned under the rose bush...we brought him in and she dropper fed him for about 2 weeks and then one of the Mama's came in and decided to let him nurse. He's spoiled rotten and is now a house cat.  |
