Is he purchasing it for himself or is it being used for the tax payers? Where's the money coming from and going to?

One problem is Lamar uses our money to pay several times over the current value to his BUDDIES for land and the land has not been used as of yet . Bill Elliot property is just one example .

Justin is indeed a rare find . Union County has been blessed . Our founding fathers were inspired by GOD and I believe so is Justin Melick .
