Had to take lilred to a ortho appoinment. Stopped by to see my Yankee Candle friend. Very nice lady and has the new fall and winter scents in stock. Of course I purchased several for work and home. Got Frosted Pumpkin and Balsam & Cedar mixed.
Went by and paid for lilred's new carpet and made it to work.
We have spent the last 2 nights stripping down her bedroom and then painting and rebuilding. Wisteria purple with white trim and ebony carpet. Took the entire closet out to re-do and organize ( I do have my stupid moments).
Thursday they are installing carpet, then the carpet cleaners are coming to clean the dining room and den carpet and the furniture people will be delivering my new dining room table, 2 new mattreses and Lilred's new bed.
Then thursday evening got to cook for the Porch Pickin.

I went & got me a job today. Can you say, "WHAT"?! LOL 3 days a week, contract work. Mac, I have to do a temp. resign on the board. (conflict of interest) But, as Arnold would say, "I'll be back"! The children & lack of staff at the Child Advocacy Center need me more right now. We're getting ready for some trick or treating!

You go maddy, I will just bet it is making jello shooters at the new Fatz cafe. That isn't a halloween costume it's a Fatz bartender uniform.

Worked in town today and had to stop at the insurance place to get something straightened out... I had a refund before I even had paid the premium and, boy, was I confused! Went to Bi-Lo, then rushed home to clear off the front porch for the trick or treaters. Having this siding put on the house is a real mess and I didn't want any little ones getting hurt. Left overs for supper and then wait on the goblins.

Hope you get some. We rarely ever do so that is why we usually go out to the square and out to dinner.

I remember trick or treating when I was little many moons ago. It was so much fun going to peoples houses to see what kind of candy they would give you.

OK at home waiting of carpet installers, carpet cleaners and furniture delivery people. GUESS WHAT I HATE TO SAY IT BUT GUESS WHAT? ? XM has their 24/7 holiday music on. I don't like Christmas before Thanksgiving, it burns me out. BUT I LOVE LOVE LOVE CHRISTMAS MUSIC I am dancing around the dining room (aerobic exercise) and cleaning house.
