Looks like it "closet" time for me today - have to get out the flannel shirts and sweaters and see what still fits, locate my boots and clogs, pack away the summer shorts, sandals and tank tops. I hate doing this kind of stuff! Why couldn't I be rich enough to just have two houses? One for summer, one for winter, both stocked accordingly, no moving anything, just change houses twice a year! Mama is coming over around 2 so we can have supper together - fried chicken, real mashed potatoes & gravy, field peas or butterbeans (haven't decided), mustard greens, biscuits, and whatever else comes to mind! Catch ya'll when I can -

I hope they brought warm coats. It has warmed up but kind of windy today. I wonder what real estate agent they are going to use??

(LOL, I hear ya Babe...when my mother (not my MIL...HB) but my mother tries to help with stuff like that, it's MORE stress than not! I know she means well, but it's exhausting! So, I feel for PC right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Well, we took the kids out to Meeks and rode bikes and had a picnic lunch...what a beautiful day! A little chilly with the wind...but refreshingly so!!!!!!! Now, I am exhausted and ready for a little rest time!

I have been doing today what I have been doing for it seems like forever, but it will pay off in the end. I agree it's getting dark way to early. Have strep throat and running a fever along with the aches and pains that go along with it, so the early darkness will welcome me tonight!

Thanks Tulip, I'm drinking my chamomille (I know that's misspelled) tea curled up on the couch watching the fireplace fixing to nod off to sleep.

I hate it for you deerdog, I think lots of people are coming down with strep lately. I usually get either a bad cold or the flu only once a winter, I guess having it that one time builds my immune system up enough to fight it off for the rest of the winter.

I am cooking myself some sausage! Tulip, if you like sausage, you should try our local "chambers" sausage. It is the best ever!!
