A wonderful 72 degrees here! The house is all opened up airing out, all the Christmas stuff is packed and ready to be stored away and all the housework is done!

Wow, the weather is beautiful again today!! I wish it would stay this way. I also like the fact that we have 1 minute more of daylight each day!!

Got a dividend check in the mail and I was able to leave the house long enough to get it deposited!

That is nice, I love unexpected checks!! I like the way you say you got it deposited and not cashed! I sold a piece of land before I moved here and I held the mortgage on it. About a year later, I got an unexpected check and they paid me off.
When i went to work at the restaurant, I told one of the girls that I just got a check for $32,000 in the mail. She asked me what I was going to buy with it. I told her I was going to save it and she thought I was crazy!
I had a no spend day yesterday and stayed home.
