Yippeeeeee! Just heard from my daughter in Fl... My house there has renters again! Even though it was empty over a month, I didn't lose any rent money since the previous renter moved out before the lease was up and still paid the last months rent. Hopefully the market will start to turn around by next winter and I will be able to sell it then but at least until that time, I have money coming in on it!

That is great news bb!! I know how you feel. I had a couple of rentals house for a while and it got expensive when they were not rented out.

Mine has been on the market for just over 2 years... I guess lots of people were interested in it but have not been able to qualify for the financing since the mortgage lenders have tightened up on the requirements.

Oh I feel for you bb and tulip, but at least while we wait in anguish, we are still able to enjoy our new life here in Blairsville, so other than financially, it's all good, I guess???

Good news on the house BB!!  Wellll...Poppaw and I found out this week that our Lil Man is gonna be a Big Brother.. Yep, the Stork should be makin' a delivery sometime in July... ;D |
