Hmmm... admin needs to change the home page... this weekend is Veteran's Day, not Memorial Day!

Is he/she related to the editor of the NGN? Tuesday, November 7th was election day (at least that is what was on the website)ß

I don't think so grayhairedguy, the admin here is alot better at spelling than the editor. We need to all pitch in and buy "Hooked on Phonics" and mail it to the NGN.

I haven't seen any bears since back in May. They should be hibernated by now.

Coosa, I haven't seen any bear, yet... that's pretty kewl! Just make sure your doggy stays in when it's around. Did you get that movie I sent you with the deer and dog? I thought of your dog when I saw it.

A bear? Wow! I saw 4 deer in my yard the other day. That was a first here at my house. Well, they may have come before, but this was the first time I saw them! It was really neat.

Cubby, we usually buy a big bag of corn (at the feed store) and put it out in the winter.

A couple people on my road feed the deer; I've been thinking of getting one of those salt lick things. My sister does that in northern Wisconsin and has deer all the time around it.

There is a couple up on the way to Moon shadow and they have a deer feeder. You can see deer there all the time and they are so tame. That is because there is no hunting inMoon shadow. There is hunting across the creek from us.
