Went to Paul's in Helen, had massive quantities of crab legs, hubby had prime rib and Opa had ribs, we all had fun, danced a bit and wandered home. Helen looks very pretty with all of it's lights and decorations!

Made/decorated the sugar cookies, made the no measure bars, and peanut butter cookies with M & M's... had a good fried chicken supper! Didn't get around to the macaroons or the pecan balls, will have to continue the goodies today! Had a ball with the year old. Her favorite is green sugar sprinkles for the cookies and eating the rainbow sprinkles.

QB, don't you just want to ring that girls neck, named "Taylor"?(on Kid Nation) I told my girls that if they EVER had that kind of work ethic I would dis-own them!!
We went to a friends house last night in Eagle Bend. Had a great time and even played a little poker.

We actually all sat downstairs in my family room and watched tv, with the christmas tree lit up. It's really the first time adults have used that big downstairs room and it was pretty nice. I never go down there, but perhaps now we will start doing that.

Yesterday, I took some homemade soup and Christmas goodies to hunny's mom and dad... then at home I got busy making more Christmas goodies... peppermint bark, peppermint cookies and chocolate dipped almond macaroons... had to clean up the kitchen 3 times in one day!
Worked on the current afghan... only one more row to go and then I have to do the border! It will be done for Christmas, yippee!!!!!!

bb, what in the world do you do with all those christmas goodies?? We had a home cooked meal last night for a change, cooked in the crock pot . then we watched christmas vacation on the vcr.

bb, what in the world do you do with all those christmas goodies?? I make up trays of goodies for the neighbor, hunny's family (6 different trays!), some good friends of hunny's and his employee, my boss... etc, etc, etc... and then of course, we have to have some for us, too! |
