Love, Eat, Pray is about a divorced woman's year long journey of spiritual awakening
The Kristen Hannah books are chick books that center around love, family, and best friends. They are well written and become a quick read cause you can identify with some of the characters. I've actually teared up/cried in each one of them so far.

DEATHS ACRE is about the Body farm at UT and is based on true information and murder. It has been out for awhile and will have to do me until I can get the 3rd release in his series when it comes out in paperback
The lady at the Book Nook got me hooked on Deuderman. Mysteries in the mountains, fast moving and small amount of just quickies, no love.

DEATHS ACRE ... small amount of just quickies, no love. I could make commentary about the title, the plot and my ex-wife ... but I won't.

OK finished Evvy's Civil War last night and it was a great book. Small and quick.
Halfway through "The Cat Dancer's" and let me tell you it is as addicting as "Spider Mountain".
2C you got into Spider Mountain yet?
You know I had Martha Clark as a Lit teacher in school. Now she was rough, but I loved her. I enjoyed that class. Out of all my schooling the 2 things I keep with me most definitely, is something she said.
#1 Read the back of the book, the brief description before you start reading the book itself. Then read it again after you finish the book, it has a whole different meaning afterwards.
#2 If you aren't sure about a book, then open it up about halfway through and read a paragraph or two and get a feel for it. Usually it will help you decide if you want it or not.
I miss you Mrs. Clark, RIP.

Bee, I'd like to read the Body Farm books so save them for me. Is that Magdalene book a different one than the one I gave you? Spider Mountain was great. Highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys suspense/thrillers/crime books. It's based in the Robbinsville/Murphy/west NC area so that made it more enjoyable to read. Have a pile of 12 books I've bought in the past month and trying to decide where to start.

I'm enjoying spider mountain, but I'm wondering if I should stop and go get Cat Dancers before I get any further? They just keep mentioning it.

Forgot to get Spider Mountain when I was at the library today. So, I just put a hold on the one copy they have. Checked out 3 books...can't remember the titles or authors. Wanted to try some authors I haven't read before. If I like a book, I'll try to read all of that author's books.

Blairsville City, ya'll may have heard of it. A pretty good read most of the time. It's a little addictive and interactive so you get more for your buck while reading. Every time I think I'm almost finished, another chapter pops right up. ;D
I will probably wait till cooler weather. I am just too busy to read while the weather is so nice and by the time I go to bed I'm too tried to read.
