In the entire e-mail there isn't one mis-spelled word and in your profession you expect me to believe that you don't check for errors?

Maybe playing around on here you might. But that was a mighty formal sounding e-mail that was sent to a friend of mine and there are no other words in error in the entire lengthy typing.

As a matter of fact I DO NOT think that the people who post on this forum are stupid. I think that most are very intelligent.

I am not here to fight with you! If that is what you want you will have to find someone else. So I am a good speller and usually do not use the spell checker. I was expressing concern for another and did not proof what I wrote either. Other posters will have to make up their own mind or be persuaded to believe what they want to believe. It was a type O pure and simple.

Taylor, I couldn't agree more with your statement about good steak. We ate steak a lot in our home & never had A-1 or anything else in the fridge. My sister brought home a guy once that asked for it & my Dad just shook his head & thought, "this one isn't going to work out!"
Thursday may work for me, if I can get the kids farmed out!

Growing up, my mother insisted on any meat being well done, including steak. When i got older and was acquainted with different levels of doneness, I preferred rare. The steak should have enough natural flavor to stand on it's own. Once in a while, I will use A-1 on a burger, but that's about it.

My ex used to get his steaks very well done, then smother them with ketchup! What was the use of getting steak?

I like mine medium rare with some salt. No condiments for me. I like to be able to enjoy the steak. I put a little A-1 on my plate for my baked potato or fries.

When me and grumpy started dating we went to the Murphy steakhouse and I ordered a medium rare and he got well done.

He told me later he liked to have died when I cut it up and it started bleeding on the plate.

When he realized how tender it was he started eating them that way.

Of course now we have switched to really, really pink on the inside.

I like mine topped with cooked onions.
