Okay, okay, All right already!! You (we) will have a dessert chef. I'll have to find someone who specializes in chocolate so we can keep Ms. Coosa happy.

Wow, I do!! What will I do on the desert Island?? I thought you were the bartender. You may want to think about inventing a chocolate drink.

She's the owner, not sure Coosa knows how to fix cocktails, but she'll have Gary mix us a cocktail.

Let's see - is this a "desert" island or a "dessert" island? Either way is fine with me! Someone fix me a Mohito and pass the chocolate - I could use both! Coosa - I don't know anything about Bridge, but I play a mean game of Canasta! I'll cut, you deal!

Hey Taylor, I use to know how to play canasta too, I am sure it will come back to me. I am the owner of the bar, but I will have to hire a barkeeeper to make the drinks. I only know rum and sprite! (diet sprite)

Ok, Coosa, here's a bar lesson for today - Mohito - juice of one large lime minus a small wedge, 1 tablespoon of honey (less is you like tart) 2 shots of Bacardi Lymon rum, 1/2 cup fresh mint, club soda, crushed ice. A mortar and pestle is good for these, but since most of us don't have one, put mint leaves in a bowl and begin to crush with the back of a spoon. add the lime juice a bit at the time, then the honey and keep crushing the mint for about 2 minutes. Add the Bacardi and stir well. Pour over tall glass of crushed ice, fill with club soda. Garnish with lime wedge and a sprig of mint. VERY refreshing summer drink, but be careful - they will bite you!
As for Canasta, it's just like riding a bicycle - it all comes back quick!
