I received a call today from a friend who said that someone is pretending to be me, using language from my posts, over on the topix website.
For the record: I do not post on the Topix website.

STay away from that forum. Everyone is pretending to be everyone else and saying some really mean things. Everyone seems to figure out who everyone is, but I sure can't!

One way to curb the nasty pm's might be to copy and paste every nasty pm you get, as well as the sender's ID... if they know their nastiness is being put out there for everyone to see, maybe they won't be so hasty to jump in and put it in a message. I hate it that some people that seem to be so nice to your face can be so mean and nasty. It's bad enough to deal with difficult people in person. I sure don't want to do it on line when I am trying to enjoy myself!
