That is really cute!! Gary took the faucets to work yesterday and he bought home a book of faucets for me to look at. Boy, are they ugly!! I am still getting gold for the power room, but will give up and get the ugly ones for the other baths. This house has 3 full baths and 2 half baths!!
Opps, I meant powder room!!

Coosa, what is a "power" room? Just teasing you. My house in Alpharetta had 5 full baths and a 1/2 bath. I worked full time and couldn't trust a single housekeeper I had so ended up trying to clean it by myself. It was just too much. I tried using a guy from my office and one day my husband was still at home in his office and the house keeper didn't know it. This guy was playing my baby grand just singing away. Later we found missing bottles of rum and vodka in strange hiding places. Since we hardly ever drink they didn't appear until months after we had to fire him. Oh the stories I could tell about the different people I tried...

I have had 5 different house cleaners since I moved here. The first one was great, but she got a regular job and quit. I have tried 4 since then. They think they should earn the same as my husband. I had one that scratched every table (they are all glass) and punched a big hole in the wall. The other 3 just did not do a good job. I would write dust me on the tv, but it never got dusted. I would love to hire someone that would do a good job.

Coosa, I was on the road 5 days a week. I think you would be perfect for the job since you are already there everyday... When I had surgery years ago we had an old Italian lady come in to clean. Not only did she chip my furniture, she killed my sons hermit crabs. He had them for years (Larry, Moe & Curly) and she cleaned out the aquarium with windex. He was heartbroken and so was I to see him cry.
