Well Rosie Posey I put you in charge of the SNOW project. I gave you a specific day and a pretty good time frame and you did away with my snow completely. I believe you are in a conspiracy group against me and snow. Who is in the conspiracy with you, Twyla?? She doesn't like snow. Who else doesn't like snow that could be in on the conspiracy to deprive me of one simple, little bitty, request?[/quote You are so funny! ;D

I don't really have a recipe, so here goes.
Preheat over to 350. Brown ground meat with some seasonings and onions and whatever leftovers you have in the fridge. Drain the grease off. Open a can of Cream of Mushroom soup and dump it in and stir it up. Mix in about a cup of shredded cheese adn stir it up. Dump it into a baking dish sprinkle hashbrown over the top and some more shredded cheese and let it bake unti lit bubbles.
Or look for a better recipe on the Internet.

Mini Frittatas with Ham and Cheese Bake these bite-sized frittatas in a miniature muffin pan. They taste great hot or at room temperature, so you can make them in advance.
Ingredients Cooking spray 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 2/3 cup chopped reduced-fat ham (about 2 ounces) 1/3 cup (about 1 1/2 ounces) shredded reduced-fat extra-sharp cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 4 large egg whites 1 large egg
Preparation Preheat oven to 350°. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add onion; sauté 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add ham; sauté 3 minutes. Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl; stir with a whisk. Add ham mixture, stirring with a whisk. Spoon mixture into 24 miniature muffin cups coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until set.
