Hey Taylor, Guess what?  Tina Turner will do a concert tour starting in October. They interviewed her this morning and she looks great, she is older than Cher, I think she said 67 and Cher is 65. |

I've never had or even heard of jello shooters til I heard y'all talking about them. I can't drink much - one drink and I am singing with the band. Great, Let's give Nat two or three drinks!!!!!!! |

OK confession time, I gave in and posted on the other forum, BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had to stop the disrespecting of my football team so it was only for honor's sake.
I am posting in football over there and staying out of everything else. Well almost everything else, but mostly out of everything else. I just couldn't give anyone the satisfaction that they had run me off.
Plus it's football so it's OK and safe and they like me.

I try and post a little everyday on there too. Same reason, I don't want them to think that they have run me off!! Maddy, she really has it in for you, as do several over there, have it in for me!!

Nat, you sound kinda like me. Once upon a time, long, long ago, I could hold my own and drink with the best of'em. But, as I got older, the partying days went bye-bye. So, I pretty much quit except for the every once in a while thing. Any kind of "red" liquor (like bourbon or whiskey) makes me sick. I can drink "white" (like vodka or gin) and do ok.
I enjoy a cold beer once in a while. I haven't been to a bar in probably 15 years. I like peppermint schnapps in hot chocolate, I like a good dry gin om Collins, or a Bacardi Lymon Mohito. Outback Steakhouse has something called a Wally-Be-Danged, a frozen peach drink that is awesome.
I have always called tequila "ta kill ya"!
My brother says that "Wild turkey starts out ok. After a couple drinks, you're a kickin' chicken, and the next morning, it's turned you into buzzard bait!

I've NEVER been able to drink. One time I had 3 drinks at a party in my 20's and was deathly ill for 4 days. I had a eye appointment that could not be cancelled and had to keep a bucket in the car and kept running to the bathroom during the exam. Never again.
p.s. Sorry for the detail. I'm just warnin y'all.
