Yes, Oscar they should pay..
If the tax dollars are used to pave private roads and drivewayss, why not use them to pay for home repairs and other "viewable" items.

Local videos, according to a friend at WSB people want to see the uneducated, toothless, strang people on tv, not an intelligent person.
