I believe that next year I will try a cold weather garden, for the greens and cold weather plants and such. You can't have too many greens.

Ok, I found it. It seems funny that a discussion about christmas would be under local politics!!

That's OK natnat, you can wait until the "after Christmas sales", that way I can get twice as much for half the price. I was referring to my friend Gray getting aggravated with my post. I think a lot of people misunderstand Wildflower. She is simply posting a different point of view then what is the norm and that is ok. I do that too. Folk's need to get their gravy stirred every once in awhile. She is a very intelligent person and I do not believe that she feels she is superior, she is very very smart though. Sometimes we need to see the other side of a coin to try and recignize the value of it. Oh and about those Christmas presents, I can wear a size 6 but a 9 feels a lot better. I think that's allot of the problem with these small forums, if you have a different take on a subject or ask a question someone takes offense at even though your honestly curious to know why he/she feels the way they do your attacked for your curiosity. People are different with different personalities some are better at explaining themselves than others we need to get to know each person before forming our opinions if we all agreed on every subject life would be boring and we could miss the chance of talking to a very interesting personality... like sometimeman, he blows me away sometime with his logic....but...I like him he's a really interesting person ....go figure!! ;D

I think it makes a big difference when you finally meet someone in person. Then you get a different "take" on where that person is coming from. It is part of their personality.

Exactly, if you don't know what other people think or how they feel then how are you to gather different opinions. After all the very fiber of our though process is based on opinons, thoughts and other verbal input from people. First your parents and grandparents, then your teachers and friends and finally spouses, children and collegues.
Also, if you have never lived another person's life then how are you to judge their thought process and reasoning?
I like Wildflower and she has taken me to task before, but that's ok, because we respect each other.

I like Bee also she can be nice, not so nice, smart, not so smart, agreeable, not so agreeable... should I stop here Bee ;D
A regular gal that doesn't feel the need to put on airs , not afraid to stand up for herself while at the same time ready to admit when she's wrong.. I have met her several times over the years thru her flea market endeavors she doesn't know me real well but we have talked and seem to have allot in common... surprised Bee?

It was me that got WF going on the Christmas post. What she keeps missing is that I object to the continual assault on every American tradition, or belief, our history, our religion and so forth. Its the fact that so many like her buy into it and start defending it is why now department stores stopped saying Christmas and saying happy holidays. They did this right after it stopped being Halloween, now Fall Harvest......... you see what I mean?
