OK, I am dancing now!! The biggest problem is, there is no body looking! My husband loves to build spec houses, but with 700 on the market in this tiny county, we are afraid to start another one.!! But we will all dance until tulip sells her house!!

Tulip, get a statue of St. Joseph (just a little plastic one) the patron saint for realtors and house sales, say a prayer for a fast sale and bury the statue with the head facing the street, and do not dig it up until the sale closes. Some argue that you can leave it buried for future successful sales, others say the property will continue changing hands. Some people swear by this, for what its worth. Nothing to lose Tulip, good luck!  |

Maybe if the feds lower the rate again today it might help the market, but some people are saying it won't help that much... all I know is that dreaded "R" word keeps popping up.

They did lower it, but it won't help. We will just all have to say prayers for tulip and bb to sell. Selling prayers going up!!

I know, I didn't want to mention that, but it really hurts me when they lower the rate! Someday I am going to have to live on that interest, social security won't cut it!!

Yeah, I'm sure she's serious. That's an old superstition. Catholic roots, I believe! We were told to do it, but we didn't need to get to that point...we were very lucky our house sold in a good amount of time. We got out just in time! I don't think he's so much on vacation, Tulip, as overworked...bet there's a lot of those statues buried down there!!!!!!!!!!!!!
