THIS PISSES ME OFF.........
Following the hearing, Gunter said that based on Hilton's and Smith's limited responses, he expects Smith to enter an insanity plea for Hilton

Asked if he could prosecute Hilton for murder without Emerson's body being located, Gunter said "it's been done before. We do have blood evidence. If we can match it to [Emerson's] DNA, essentially we do have a body."

There are so many "sick people" in this world. Why are they out, walking the streets??

That's right, he was sane enough to run, deny and clean, obstruct and trash evidence.
Guess what, I was put on delay for the last superior court jury and they said I would come up on the next one.
I probably will need to delete my posts.

My opinion is she is not on BLood Mountain they are wasting time. She is somewhere between Blood Mountain and Dahlonega, after all that's the way he headed back to the city.
If he had murdered her on the mountain their would not have been blood in the van.

after watch miss marple etc for years i agree. he now that she has tell somebody where she will go hiking, there they want search first. he has an van for easy transport and eaven if he did not drive over dahlonega, theres way enough wood, lakes Ok less water) etc to hide the body. and somwhere between blood mtn and where they catch him he did. he hasent had mutch time to drive around and dump further. but thats the problem, the possible area is huge!
i only wonder what the dog did? did it bite the men as he hit the woman? did his dog bite her dog off? i have think that any dog would bite somebody who hurts theyr owner, animals feel that. but no this dog joust walks inside that store. if the dog would have bit him he would not been able to transport the dog and the body inside the van that fare. but im not an expert on dogs, im happy if they dont bite me!

Just like it was so strange to see Murphy, N.C. on the news when they were looking for Eric Rudolph for murder. Gary makes fun of me for deadbolting the garage door, but I do. keep your engraved whistle ready coosa, in case needed LOL. verry nice house but not possible to defend. but sure an good idea to deadbolt during the night, here we lock the doors anytime, if we have an door, then its locked.

thats not good, the dog may have made the difference. if the owner get hurt, the dog has to go and bite.

Roger the dog just turned a year old today and probably was more of a pet than a guard.
I believe that as she and Hilton returned from their walk off the trail she turned her back on him to unleash her dog and load it up in her car and he knocked her in the head (they said he always carried a police type baton with him) and drug her into the van and the dog followed her. She was a blue belt in Karate and the trail was too crowded for him to transfer bloody clothes and a dog back to it
I believe they said 2 leashes and a water bottle was found near her car. He had her wallet and I can't imagine people walk with their wallets on them. I feel sure she was as close to her car as she could get and he attacked her there. Took her elsewhere and killed her in the van and dumped her naked body off the side of the mountain somewhere.
I also think the dog jumped out of the van when he was dumping her clothes at the QT station and he couldn't catch it. Why he didn't kill the dog is what I don'tunderstand.
I don't think the electric chair is good enough for him, I think a more cheaper and efficient way would be a bullet between the eyes.

also, what keep us separate from animals is laws and to follow them. he was it, 99.9 % sure with what they tell but first is see the jude, then jail, then the nice chair, so the taxpayer can pay for all that, according the law. it is how it is. sad.
