The jail is seperate from the courthouse. It is located over in Industrial Park where all the new businesses are.

I pray that Mr. Hilton tells where her body is too, after all he is in custody and might as well confess.

But if they don't find the body than I don't think they can get him for murder.
My opinion is she is not on BLood Mountain they are wasting time. She is somewhere between Blood Mountain and Dahlonega, after all that's the way he headed back to the city.
If he had murdered her on the mountain their would not have been blood in the van.
A sad, sad day for her family.
I have used this as a point to explain to lilred that you never go off by yourself and even though she is friendly that doesn't mean everyone is. This guy was hiking, had a dog and looked like someone's grandfather.

I don't think she is on Blood Mountain either, more than likely somewhere in Forsyth County.
Every time I watch the news it shows people walking around looking for her and they do not have a bloodhound or some other kind of cadaver dog with them. I think there chances of finding her would be much better if they had that kind of dog with them!

I saw a couple of trackers with dog's on the news yesterday. Also someone on a 4-wheeler looking down over embankments.
She will be hard to see without clothes. SInce the ground has been frozen thought she will have to be on top of the ground, just under leaves or a log somewhere. I won't be surprised if they don't find her until Spring or Summer.
Too many acres to cover.
Hope we can find out what goes on in court today.

I think they got enough to convict him of murder. They not tellin you all of it. He's gonna bargain with them, no death penalty if he tells. Thats my guess.

If he took her from Union County but he mudered her in another county. Which county takes precedence over the case?
I hate to see my tax dollars go to defend this monster.

Just like it was so strange to see Murphy, N.C. on the news when they were looking for Eric Rudolph for murder. Gary makes fun of me for deadbolting the garage door, but I do.

Thank goodness, it doesn't happen very often around here. We had two kidnappings of friends of ours when we lived over on the river in Dial. They just disappeared!! The bodies were found 5 years later over near Murphy! (They think it had something to do with drugs)
