Our elected officals don't give a d**n about helping us, there are two ways that we can lower gas prices;
1. Stop driving as much, then demand will decrease.
2. Trade the 4x4 4 door trucks and SUV's for smaller vehicles, then demand will decrease.

Score one for the Americans!!!
Today, my daughter went to get diesel for her truck. The store is owned by Middle Easterns (I think she said Pakistani). Like everyone else, money is tight. She went in and pre-paid for $12.00 with her debit card. They ran the card, she signed it, and went out to put the little bit of fuel in her truck. Well, the pump stopped at $12.00, with a total of 22.65 gallons!! Yep - the pump was not set right and she actually paid $0.53 per gallon instead of $4.53!! Yep - fifty three cents per gallon for diesel!
I know many may think she was totally dishonest, but sometimes, ya just gotta roll with what life hands you. I've often heard that the Lord works in mysterious ways, and believe me, she deserved the break.
