They just put in new pumps at the Citgo on Mulky Gap. There is air in them and the pump sotps about every 15 cents worth. What a pain!! Premium is $2.89 a gallon there.

Those two stations on Mulky usually have the cheapest prices in town, too bad I'm not out that way very often unless I'm going to Pretes to get some pizza.

Well I just live a mile away, so I stop there a lot, but my husband prefers Amoco gas.

I need to get in shape so I think I'll get a bicycle. I would get a horse but then the price of hay would go up. Most people will agree that we are in a recession now despite what our government tells us, and this along with the real estate market are the main causes of it.

I use to have a bike? Reckon I am too old now to bike to town? Wouldn't it be great to live where you could walk to everything. when I was a kid, that is just what I did. Walked to school, to downtown, movies, grocery store, etc.

I didn't walk to school or town because we lived 6 miles away but I did do alot of walking. Now there is so much traffic and strangers around that most parents are afraid to let their kids do that. When I was young it was fine to walk on other peoples property as long as you didn't mess with anything, now there are people who will call the law if you as much step across their property line.

Gas has jumped up to $2.74 at a couple of the stations in town. The last time I checked the Circle K's were $2.69. Coosa, what is regular selling for at the stations at the end of Mulky Gap?
