Anyone want to wager another $10 that 5 lawsuits (involving Georgia, California and Federal Courts) have been/will be filed this week against a certain infamous "Plaintiff" for more than $7.5 million in damages.
He apparently named the wrong people in his SLAPP suit - in more ways than one.

Yes. This may seem like light fare to some and to others its "something that happened on Topix, or in Towns County, or in Hayesville.... in somewhere else". But don't kid yourself. Union County IS affected. This situation is based upon the way the Enotah Judicial District has operated for many years and the efforts of a brave few who are standing up to the bullies for the benefit of you and me. They deserve our support.
If all parties had remained in a jail - and separated from each other - the primary witness against Osborn and Eller would be alive. Does that tell anyone anything?
