Pugs is like the Energizer bunny , he never stops going round and round , getting nothing done but beating the same old drum over and over . He is just amazing . His insults against the unknown along with Liemar Paris and his stupidity will get some one else elected for sure .

If honesty and integrity count maybe the phantom will win. I say will only because I don't know him or her. I will have to wait and see like everyone else. However, I do know the present commish has low integrity because I have seen it firsthand by his dancing around the issue of the county budget and the tax increases and the fee increases when anyone wants to do anything in the county.

It is important to remember the simple fact that neither party has a candidate at this time. Niether party can endorse a candidate until after the primary! And it seems that there will be at least two if not three or four people running in both primaries.
I liked the latest candidate Q & A. Well said. I hope the other candidates will take up admin's offer to have their own Q & A's.

Liemar is registered here but I don't think that he would ever have the guts to post. He might give Norm his password so that he can do the talking for him. I think Normy DOES have the guts to post here, but he would be too afraid to use his real name.

I read the new post by the phantom(I wish he/she would ask for a new handle). I believe it's well thought out and expresses the feelings of most all property owners. Of course the commissh's supporters will nay-say it and also the non-property owners like the editor of the local fish-wrapper who is NOT on the property rolls. The commish really screwed UP BIG TIME! with the tax hike!!!

Also- I might add the Board of Education screwed up big time also with the big tax hike. Not only did they spend the $3.5 million from the tax hike but they also spent an additional $4.5 million for an extra $8 million for school 2006-2007 over the school year 2005-2006.
