Dear Karen and Marquitta,
Please pray that this message of teacher abuse and the abuse of citizens by judges and the legal profession in general shall be fully heard and well received by those clothed with the power of government for redress.
It is hoped that this effort may now be about to bear fruit. State Representative Barry Loudermilk has asked that I meet with him and several other legislators and constitutional lawyers next week to explain my petition to be heard by the House of Representatives concerning the Impeachment of several judges in the State of Georgia. This covers several Superior Court judges in several Counties, the Jesters of the Georgia Supreme Court, at least one District Attorney, two Governors of the State, and at least one Speaker of the House of Representatives.
Mr. Loudermilk is taking a most unusual and politically dangerous step. To my knowledge a citizen being allowed to proceed even to this level has not happened before in this Legislature, and the last judge, of whom I have been able to find, that was impeached by the Georgia Legislature was Judge Osborne in 1792.
Mr. Loudermilk’s action here is the beginning of a fully compliant due process proceeding. He is defending the Constitutions and enforcing the RIGHTS of citizens, not merely giving lip service to the concept. Men like this literally breathe life into our founding documents. This one act alone places him in the rarified company of our Funding Fathers who did give their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor to give birth to this great Nation in compliance with the Will of the Grand Architect of .the Universe.
So mote it be.
