In reply, I will not say that this is morally right, but, have you thought about the fact that children have been used as human bombs? Of course, using a child in this way is horribly, terribly wrong, but it is a fact of war, and really allows us to see just how twisted and sick the "opposition" is. Not just in this war either. In Viet Nam, children were often used this way. It's not something the media seems to put into the open. I could tell you some of the horror stories that my father told me.
As horrid as it seems, how many soldiers have been forced to kill a child in order to save themselves and others?
Also, keep in mind that many of the children the US "helped" in the past are now adults that are shooting and bombing the very ones who aided them in the past.
Yes, War is hell....

Jesus himself, was a Jew. Jesus mother was a "Jew". His father was God, the creator.
Jesus told stories about his people that made them Angry. So Angry until they, in fact killed him. Now I'm going to post one of his stories here. You are going to say, move this to the religion thread but. listen this is whats driving our foreign policy it is "Political" just as it was in Jesus' day. Remember, they had to get permission from the governor to kill him!
Here's his story:
And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.
And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.
And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side.
: But a certain Samaritan, [Palestinian] as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him,
And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.
: And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee.
Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto him that fell among the thieves?
And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise.

Ignorant "Christians and Pastors" say, 'Kill the Samaritan, he's making the priest and the levite look bad"
