heck yeah! my big ol butt had got to go.
trying to walk my weight off, planning on getting back to yoga it feels good and is good for you, especially if your back bothers you.
also watching what I eat.

I love to take long walks and am trying to cut down on my sweets, which is hard to do cause I'm a chocoholic! lol!
