But Gina will tell you how to make this charming 40inch square quilt.
With 36 blocks that are 5” square she uses a Charm Pack.
The blocks are turned in different direction.
Class fee $15.00
Trip around the World with a Twist
April 30th
10am – 4pm.
Two color families in the medium to dark pallet, plus a light neutral will turn these two blocks into a delightful comforter. Have you been collecting fabric in your favorite color (Fat quarters, too)? This is a chance to pull them from hiding and let them see the world. Only your ambition will limit the size. Beginners and experienced will love this “Trip”. Sample block on display at the shop.

We are having our Second Annual Quilt Show Contest if you are interested in participating stop by the shop and pick up you entry form, and your pink Fat Quarter The quilt can not be any larger and 24 x 24 inch but can be smaller. The quilts are due in by the 30th of April.
There are three great prizes. There is still time to Enter

Recipe of the Month
Grilled Summer Burgers
For the Sports men
1 lb ground beef 2 t. mustard
½ cup onion, chopped 1 t. salt
3 T. catsup pepper to taste
2 T. green pepper, finely chopped 4 to 5 hamburger buns
1-1/2 T. prepared horseradish
Combine all ingredients except buns: shape into 4 to 5 patties. Broil in oven or cook on outside grill for 5 minutes. Turn over and broil the other side until done. Place on buns to serve.
OK ladies if you are not wild about sport? Invite the girls over for a potluck Quilt fest and serve a fruity drink and dessert and quilt on.

We have made up Two Kits of “Ramblin Rose Meets James Town”
The quilt fabric is by Maywood and Marti Michell Perfect Patchworks Temples are use. The Kit includes Pattern, Temples, and Material.
