Just got finished talking with my mom and I had asked her what I could get her for her birthday. She'd been out shopping today and got herself a couple of new outfits and some ear rings, she said that I could just give her the money for the outfits and ear-rings.I still feel guilty so I think I will still take her out to dinner at the Texas Road House. That's sweet. Or you could have flowers delivered. They will last longer than a dinner if you don't buy roses. Dinner is nice too because she will get to talk with you.

Cabin my favorite gift from my children is their time. Take her to a movie, take her out to eat or take her to the rocker on the front porch. JUST SPEND TIME WITH HER AND LET HER KNOW HOW SPECIAL SHE IS TO YOU!!! That is the best gift you could give her. Mothers give something that no one else can. OK!! If your mother is living everyone should at least try to talk to their mother this weekend. If your mom has passed on you can still talk to her this weekend. I bet everyone that does this will be blessed. Do it for Cabin's mom.

After the Farmer's Market on Saturday we are headed to the mountains to hike and document wildlife and native plants.
Church on Sunday and maybe kick back if everything else is caught up.
Maybe the Butternut Creek thing to visit crafting friends.

So far, looks like either a beach trip or a river trip. Daughter wants to go swimming, and of course, Sonny wants to go fishing!

Cabin, tell your friends that the bville farmers market is excellent. We bought a loaf of fresh ground home made whole wheat cinnamon raisin bread that freakin' rocked from one lady (wish we had bought more to freeze), some beautiful collard greens and green beans from another vendor, and some wonderful honey and goats milk soap from a vendor that was just about the purtiest, smartest, gal I've ever met. Did I mention that she was purty? and smart, too? lol
They did have a great selection of stuff, and it was still early for produce yet. There was also another vendor who was selling home baked goods that looked really yummy, but I was leaving the next day so didn't need to have it.

Plans for this weekend, chores around the house, must shop for bday and baby shower presents, and hopefully the sun will shine and I will get to lounge by the pool for a few hours.

Cabin the market is from 7-11 and if you swing by the honey booth you better identify yourself. Your secret will be safe with me. Or tell your friends to tell me, Cabin sent me.
Yes that honey person is smart and purdy, and getting firm. Got her Tulip on yesterday so you can't see to much of the gray. And smart.
