Hmm, I must've missed something. When did Harold Cook drop out of the race? Since he isn't running then I will vote for Gene Nelson.

EWWW sorry. I will add him, you are right, I feel bad on that one. I do like Gene Nelson it was a hard toss, but between the two, but it was Tony after a long battle of the brain.

Babe- Don't be so stupid in your replies. Tony owns a landscaping business and runs several other businesses, so he doesn't mow grass for a living. If we want to get technical I can say Gene Nelson works on lawn-mowers for a living..... At least Tony has a college education.

Tony dont know a thing about politicking. I'm voting for Justin. At least he knows what he's talking about. Tony mows grass for a living for pete's sake. Gene is ok too but Justin definitely has my vote. I am new to this board but I do check in frequently to read the posts. I lived here long ago but recently moved back. I voted for Tony and think he would be a great commissioner. Gene is also a great man but Tony has the best chance of winning this thing, if anybody has one. As for you babe, my family knows Tony, Harold, Gene, and Lamar and Tony has a history of management from his early days where he was a regional manager for Mr. B's. He has been in business and management all of his life so I think your comments are rooted in something personal. All of the opposition to Lamar have their strenghths but if you want someone to run things and not be a political pawn for all of the bigwigs then Tony is your guy. He is a leader not a follower.

Howdy every one
Posted by silverman on Today at 4:16pm Babe- Don't be so stupid in your replies. Tony owns a landscaping business and runs several other businesses, so he doesn't mow grass for a living. If we want to get technical I can say Gene Nelson works on lawn-mowers for a living..... At least Tony has a college education. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Yes I do work on lawn mowers when some one brings one by, In my business, I work on the larger mowers with the big arm, that you see mowing the sides of the roads, I guess they could be considered lawn mowers, use to have one and ran it for a living, I also work on hydraulics, Parker IQAN computer control systems, lathe and mill machine work, track hoes, trenchers, dozers, welding, just for starters. Do not take me wrong a college education would have been nice and I encourage all that can, to get one, (use your brain not your back), but some do not have the opportunity to get that piece of paper. So tell me, does having a piece of paper to show that you have been to school make you more intelligent than some one that does not have one? And no I not have a college education; but I do have a life time of experiences that has educated me. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Posted by cafe on Today at 5:04pm I am new to this board but I do check in frequently to read the posts. Thanks

Life could teach us a lot if we would be quite and listen.

There is nothing in the world wrong with honest labor. I think most of the candidates would not be puppets. We don't need to be negative.
