Went to see "Live Free or Die Hard".
It was great.
Sme of the stuff was really way out there, like jumping from a truck onto a fighter jet, but all in all, I loved it. We will be buying the movie for sure. You have to see it on a big screen to appreciate the special effects, I actually ducked when I saw a car heading into me during a crash scene.
What was to be believed, was the fact that the actual control and manipulation of our entire government by computers could be taken over by hackers. The way they explained it, it wasn't at all hard at all to understand how easy it could be done.
The humor of Bruce Willis/John McClain was there and in top form.
Definitely a guy movie to go see.

I haven't seen the movie, but what were some of the methods used to hack into government computers? Could certain parts of the movie be used to explain to non-geeks how their PC can be used to launch Zombie attacks?

Well, it is definately a manape movie You would probably have to see it for yourself to figure that out, but it's a lot more knowledge than all of us here on this board could put into it. All it takes is one designer of a particular designed computer system to get pissed and fired, and he already knows the in's and out's an shortcomings of the country's computer systems. Everything they showed is very much possible. Kind of a terrorist primer.
