But it sounds like Liemore and his crowed struck out at the court house and so the supporters are trying to continue the issue and drag it into the campaign.
My questions for them is:
Why don't you criticize Liemore's choice for your election commission? She was not concerned for the voters. She was concerned for the commissioner!
Why don't you criticize your inept county attorney? He doesn't represent you. He protects Liemore from you!
Your county government is taking unnecessary money out of your pocket everyday!

Gee, that was wrong for them to do that, taking our taxpayer money for such non-sense.  Why didn't they just ask Justin what was going on? Or ask Jonescreek or Sometimer or any of Justin's supporters, they would have been glad to answer it for them. Shame shame shame on all of the people involved. Shame They were so bad to do that. I always do manage to evoke so much excitement. Queenbee, we hung out on the square for five seconds, which means we're practically best friends, so why did you not come to me with your question. That just won't do. But don't attack each other over me, Queenbee had a good question as always. I do not live at my parent's home and do not ever intend to again. I have chosen to continue my education although I have enough hours for two degrees. School nor anything else would interfere with serving the county. What we should be concerned about is whether or not, our candidates have the ability to learn, wisdom and common sense. I am Melick, nothing more, nothing less. |

As I stated previously Justin, if I had the questions at the time I would have asked them.
I wasn't aware that your county of residence was in question until the recent hoopla at the courthouse and the posting of it on the web and the forum.
Guess you can chalk it up to free advertising.
I also stated there is not a thing wrong with continuing education at any age, we never get to old to learn. I would love to go back to school, but not enough time right now.
I appreciate your responses.

Hey Justin as one single guy to another. I would be real proud to have my mom answering my phone calls. My mom would do an excellent job. MOMS ROCK!!!Everybody else is going to have a wife to answer the phone. So what is the big difference? Is the drama queen trying to say that you are less of a man for not being married? Again, as a single guy I think that you would have more time to focus on the business of the county without all of the wife and kid obligations.
If you have read and I'm sure you have Gene has my vote, but if it is between you and ole muley, I say, VOTE Melick!

Yes, Southpaw, I would have the time. That's why I'm offering myself now. I do not think that in good conscience I could run for and serve in an extremely demanding job like sole commissioner if I had young kids at home. God calls you to take care of your family first. But that is just me. Gene and I thank you for the kind words!

Ok, So I know some will want me lynched for this, but I tried to call Justin to ask about this hearing and then again to actually congratulate him for beating this rather bogus stunt, and his phone was disconnected both times, over the past few days. Not sure what this says about the guy. He seems like a good fella, but maybe not terribly responsible??? Am I reading too much into it? I'm not sure...

Just kiddin Justin I'm sure your momma is just like mine she would climb to the top of the pole and take calls for me despite sleet, snow rain or hail.

What you sound like is a bitter hypocrite. You're all about qualifications and education except when it comes to Gene. Then you're silent because you know you have a double standard. And that's no swipe at Gene as I may well vote for him. But just because I will vote for him doesn't mean that I will find fault with everything Tony and Justin do. Attacking people with the same basic goal is stupid, stupid, stupid.

I did not, nor will I ever attack Justin.
I had a question, I asked it and Justin's posse jumped me.
Justin replied in a diplomatic manner, nice as always.
Then there are some people who are so jealous they every chance they get they try to bait me, nope won't work. I am a better person.
As for the Farmer's Market, as far as I know all of the candidates running for office are in favor of it. Is there something I have overlooked? Are any of the candidates against it? I didn't realize that the Farmer's market was just for my benefit and no one else, I must be missing something there. Please correct me if I am wrong, but I am sure you will.
One other question, why is it when someone poses a question to Justin, needing a straight answer and clarification, that person is a Lamar fan?

My excuse is:
I mistakenly took Fred's meds.
But, I do want a community garage building, for all us do-it-yourselfers.
I think it would get way more use than the Farmers market!
The money I saved wallering around in the dirt putting a transmission in my wifes car I spent on doctor bills curing ring worm!
