What a crock of crap Blue Ridge was today.I had read on the Chamber of Commerce that there was suppose to be a parade with a marching band(which there was) but it also said arts and crafts,food,games,music.I was expecting there to be vendors booths but there was nothing.We were really looking forward to it.We printed out what the Chamber of Commerce page said and took it up to the Chamber and the lady up there was surprised and knew nothing about it.We were mislead in believing that there was something going on in town.Anyways we decided to go eat lunch then go ride around the Aska area and look around.We are about to head out to Ducktown they are suppose to be having a Miner’s Homecoming Independence Day Concert & Street Party tonight at 7pm,but we are waiting to find out if this going on before we jump in the truck and head down there.

Did they have any good stuff little girl has been wanting to go. Perhaps since the project is done I might actually make it out of the house for a sustained period of time.

Just got back from grocery shopping. I went to Ingles, then stopped at Sav a lot, so I could save a lot of money!! Saw Babe there working!! Also, saw my worker there, Raymond!!
