I wish you were. we are all alone on Thanksgiving so Gary usually works all day. It was my birthday last year, so I did not cook.

My dad popped up and said he may come to my house for Thanksgiving this year.
SHOCK & SURPRISE!
I said okey dokey, come one up. I love to cook so it's fine with me.

Glad you like to cook, I really don't. We would go out to eat, but we like to eat about 8 pm and everything is closed by then.

We will have a "normal" thanksgiving and that's fine with me! Basically we watch football, eat, watch more football, eat again, and watch more football. I think we'll probably get something ready to eat this year so the women won't have to spend all day cooking.

Thank goodness I married a guy who never watches football. That is all my first husband did, watch football and teach football, 7 days a week!! That is why he was my first husband!!

That sounds like an idea tulip! You wouldn't want me to cook, I can't even make toast without burning it. I'm not a very big football fan either coosa, but I do like the Dawgs and the Falcons.

Eat with my parents and some more relatives and then go for a long walk.

I was born on thanksgiving day. My mother said she had cooked all day and didn't get to eat any of it.
