I think it's apparent that nothing is going to change around here and that the trouble makers are going to continue to start stuff.If you won't moderate the place,then it will always be this way.When will you start doing something instead of just saying your going to do something?

Admin, as a admin/moderator on my own forum, I know you can check a security log for recent activity on a forum. You can also compare IP addresses to determine if several posters have the same IP address.
Maybe you could check on that in your free time and send that person a warning. Or even all the people who have duplicate names.
Just a suggestion.
