Covenant Questions!Recently a citizen went into the Union County tax assessors office and asked that his 8 acre parcel be placed in a covenant program, which would of course save him a lot of money on his property taxes. He was informed that to be accepted in a covenant he had to have at least 10 acres, no exceptions. The citizen then pointed out that others including Rep. Charles Jenkins, High School Principal Ed Rohrbuagh and School Board member Steve Odom all had tracts of less than 10 acres in a covenant. At that, the citizen was told that well, maybe they could accept his tract. He declined as the State rules do indeed dictate a minimum of 10 acres. To verify this one can go to: www.unioncountymaps.com You can also search for other tracts of less than 10 acres which are in a covenant program in violation of the law.

What you are dealing with is a bunch of snakes!!
Please follow through on this. First gather ALL documentation. [This is an absolute essential]. Next Get copies of the O.C.G.A. Theft By Taking, Theft by Deception, Theft by conversion, enticement to comment Crime, Swearing Falsely, Filing False Documents and (if) they change the records it is violation of O.C.G.A. 45-11-1 Then go the the Probate Judge, Magistrate fill out an application for an arrest warrant for the individuals having property listed that is less than ten acres and participating in the above crimes. The Magistrate will hold a hearing to see if a warrant should be issued. Record the hearing video if possible and invite the media. It will be a dam circus. You won't believe the lies you'll hear!
They are stealing from the people of Union County is What it amounts to
Crap like this goes on all over Georgia and the way to stop it is to expose it! The sons-o-bitches do this for their friends, while raising the assessments on people they don't like. Lamar thinks. "It's an executive privilege" He's better than you are and loves to "prove" it.
