Taylor, that apple snow sounds delish! Here's an easy one, even coosa could make! No Measure Bars
Line a 9x13 pan with foil melt 1/2 stick butter in the pan and swoosh it around so the bottom is covered line the bottom of the pan with graham crackers pour 1 - 12 oz bag of chocolate chips on the graham crackers sprinkle a 3.5 ounce can of coconut on the chips sprinkle 2 ounces (I use a little more) chopped walnuts on the coconut pour a can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top bake about 20 minutes in 375 degree oven
when cool, lift the foil out of the pan. Cut into small serving bites. You may have to peel the foil off the back.

Peppermint bark 1 package white baking chips 1 tsp peppermint extract red food coloring crushed peppermint candy
melt chips in microwave, stir in extract pour in a large baking sheet lined with foil spread to 1/4 inch (or thinner) thickness drop food color in random drops on the bark and swirl with a toothpick/skewer sprinkle with crushed candy chill for 10 minutes til set break into irregular shapes store at room temp in air tight container
pretty and easy!
