I'm still waiting on the 8-track player I asked for in 1974...

DON'T TELL ME THAT!!
I do know that there is an electronic device that I can hook up to it and copy all of my cassettes and records to my computer and make them MP3's.
Guess what I am getting for my birthday.
It is under the tree so I haven't go to try it out, I can hardly wait.

HEY! WOM we gave away a floor model with a working 8-track, phonograph and AM/FM tuner. Years ago.
My son didn't know what it was. We plugged it up in the building we had it stored in, handed him an 8 track and he had a ball. Thought it was the greatest thing. Until he asked how to go back and repeat a song and we told him he had to wait until it played through.

I got one similar to that 2 christmas ago. I still have all my old 45's from when i was a teenager. I still have a car with an 8 track player and it works. Can't find many 8 tracks anymore.

Man, I gave a ton of LP's away after I saw you at one of the Farmers Market days at the courthouse. CCR, Doors, Fleetwood, Airsupply, you name it they were in there, went to the thrift store.
