If you've seen a copy of the latest from the County next door (the one that is too corrupt for words), you'll notice a large ad - ostensibly placed by candidate Roach and/or Hicks. It describes the leading candidate, Mr. Chris Clinton, as having been reprimanded twice. Whoopty Doo.
What it doesn't say is that the reprimand stems from Clinton's refusal to go along with Eller and Osborn's efforts to frame an innocent citizen. He took a stand for the right thing and is now under attack - in the last edition before the election - with no way to respond adequately.
The Herald and the NGN are two subsidiaries of the same company; owned and published by the same folks. It's an obvious attempt to thwart honesty and good government by keeping the corruption intact.
